I’m so sorry I didn’t read these reviews before purchasing 2 dresses. They came with no tags and were squished into one small plastic bag that had been damaged.

I went through the same multi email process that other people reviewing here did! Frustrating that there is always another email and more forms to fill out. Only to be told they would give me 50% back in form of store credit…. I could continue this amazingly frustrating process and ultimately end up paying more to ship the dresses back than they cost to begin with…

I will donate the dresses and tell you all “please do not order from this company!!”

Scam company for sure. I got the lowest quality coat I've ever seen from them and they demanded I jump through ridiculous hoops to return it. Then even when I do everything they ask they only offer store credit.

I wish I had researched A Flair Boutique more carefully before ordering.

We ordered three dresses for a wedding. Delivery took roughly 4–6 weeks, and although one dress worked, the other two ran dramatically smaller than expected — roughly 2–3 sizes too small.

The bigger issue, however, has been the return process.

A Flair Boutique advertises a “60 Days Money-Back Guarantee” and describes its returns as “hassle-free.” That was not remotely our experience.

Simply trying to return two unworn dresses turned into a multi-step email process involving multiple forms that had to be manually completed and returned. After completing one form, I was told there was “one short step left” and was sent another form asking why the dresses were being returned. Only after going through those steps was I finally given the actual return options.

One detail really illustrates how frustrating the process has been. Their email specifically told me that everything I needed to make the return, “including the return address,” was on the Return Form they attached. But the Return Form did not contain a return address. Where the address should have been, it literally said in red: “[ASK RETURN ADDRESS FROM SUPPLIER].”

To receive a full refund, I was told I would have to arrange and pay for tracked return shipping myself, which they estimated at $30 or more. I was also told return transit would typically take about four weeks, followed by another one to two weeks for inspection before the refund would be issued. The alternative offered was to keep the dresses and accept a 50% refund.

At this point, I am taking the 50% refund and giving the dresses away. We will lose approximately $50, but continuing the return process simply isn't worth any more of our time.

What frustrates me most isn't that two dresses didn't fit. Online clothing sometimes doesn't fit. It is the enormous difference between what I expected from a site advertising “hassle-free returns” and the return process I actually encountered.

I'm posting this because I wish I had understood the return process before ordering. If you're considering buying from A Flair Boutique, particularly if you're ordering multiple sizes with the expectation that you can return what doesn't fit, I strongly recommend reading the return terms carefully and researching other customers' return experiences first.

I ordered a top in 3 different sizes because I wasn't sure which one would fit. I always intended to return the two that didn't fit but they wrote back that they would subtract a $10/item administrative fee so it was hardly worth pursuing a refund especially if I had to pay for return shipping. I had to send pictures of each item with the size tags and complete this pdf form and if it wasn't in the exact format they would refuse my return request. This is another unreputable Chinese company posing as a US based company, lying on their website about their delivery timeframes (took weeks versus 4-8 business days) and posting completely misleading return policy information. Don't order from them and don't refer your friends.

I had ordered a size 7 and they shipped a size 8. First they wanted pictures , I sent them the pictures then said they would ship another size 7. 10 days passed but I did not hear from them. When asked they said we sent you a size 38 of some country and it is a size 7 in US.
Then they asked me to return the item and ship it to China, I would have to pay for the shipping. Next they said they would give me 70% store credit.
After this experience who is going to buy another item from them?

They are scammers.
The product is terrible—poorly cut and beyond repair.
They refuse to issue a refund and want to give store credit for this lousy shop instead. To top it off, they have the nerve to demand we ship the return all the way to China, even though they have an address in California.
Don't buy here; don't be fooled by pretty photos and a "boutique" name—it should have been called "Scammer's Warehouse."

Product had a horrific sour smell. No tags attached, which was asked for in return process.
Return process is full of hassles, not set up for ease of return, and cost of return is customer responsibility.
False advertising of “hassle free” returns.

Tried to return an item. They made it so difficult it’s not even worth it. Took 8 paragraphs just for them to explain the process, requiring photos, tracking and inspections. The quality is cheap… aka China. Save your money. I’ll never shop here again.

I ordered a dress for a wedding over a month before the event. After 3 weeks I checked on the status and the dress had not shipped. I wrote an email and they assured me they would get the dress to me before the event. After a few more days of nothing I received an email informing that the dress was out of stock and asking if I would like to purchase something else. At this point I was very doubtful anything else online would arrive in time so I requested a refund. Like others have stated I was dragged through a lengthy and time consuming ordeal of filling out PDF forms exactly as they wanted them and providing screenshots, to “prove my identity.” Which were only stall tactics used in hopes of me not being willing to complete. One form was sent TWICE for me to fill out, and the last form asked me to describe why I was unsatisfied with the product. I NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT. All responses were sent via A.I. or heavily translated. It would also appear that the only 5 star reviews they have are written by non native English speakers. AVOID!!!

My 83 year old mother could not get the shirt (of very marginal quality) on - she has limited range of motion in her shoulders. We tried to return it- the tags never came off. This company requires a photo being sent of the merchandise, with the tag on it, then they might send you the directions to return it at your own cost -- putting a 30 day timeframe on all of it. For an elderly person to achieve all of this is unlikely. I had already packed it up and mailed it at my expense back to them to the address that was on their label. I have been informed that is not going to work. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS shady and shameful website.

Shoes dont hurt at all, vomforatable

The outfit was definitely not the same elegant material that was advertised. You will never get your money back. It isn’t an option. Your only option is a store credit. So if you return the item it has to go to China, so not only will you be charged for shipping, but you will need to keep sending them tracking/status info during that time. Once they receive it you will only be eligible for a store credit. Or you can opt to keep the falsely advertised item, and you will receive a 50% refund. But again only in the form of a store credit. So it is impossible to get refunded to your original form of payment. I will never shop here again

super compfy shoes, came in fast

I would like to give NO stars! This is absolutely a scam! I ordered a beautiful pink suit and white shirt . What I received!!! A very cheap fushia suit and no blouse! Absolutely no resolve! Their offer? I can send the suit back, to China? At my expense? Or keep it and get a 50percent refund? On a suit I never ordered or a shirt I never received!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

This is the first response to my return request for receiving poor quality product nothing like picture and item description. 1)Return product to China at customers expense. 2) Complete 3 forms of product purchase with pictures. 3) 4 weeks to process return 4) Refund in store credit

Products were of poor quality materials and very cheaply made. Returns and refunds were made impossible. Terrible customer service stringing me along and making excuses why returns were no longer possible even 2 weeks after purchase. A total scam business

I was greatly displeased with the quality and false advertising. They advertised a linen outfit. Upon receiving it, it was cheaply made, 95%polyester, 5%spandex. And a wierd printed texture as well.
I couldn't even give it away and had to throw it away. Just understand that you aren't getting what's advertised.

Scam! 1. Sent a similar but the "wrong dress". 2. Package came from California but they demanded it be returned to China. This is so they can keep part or all of your money. 3. The items are rags to be thrown away. 4. They demand you fill out multiple forms over and over again so you give up. 5. Phone number does not work. They give a fake location.
