Eveyone was helpful and the service was very efficient. They kept me updated when the engineer was running late. It would be good to be contacted in advance to book in my yearly maintenance service.

The Air Conditioning Company did an excellent job for us. The survey for the estimate was thorough and the engineer explained everything. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily. I now have a lovely cool bedroom.

Appointments followed, installation was well done and went above and beyond, servicing straightforward. Might be a bit more expensive, but you are getting your money's worth.

Service visit was arranged easily; engineer arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently and thoroughly; engineer was courteous throughout and kept surrounding area clean and tidy.

Excellent units, work well with cool and warm air to heat our rooms (we have a unit in the sitting room and master bedroom). The servicing is thorough with the units dismantled, any parts needed replaced, and thoroughly cleaned. The maintenance engineer arrived punctually and was efficient and polite, leaving no mess.

I really recommend The Air Conditioning Company for all your residential Air Con needs. The team in the office were very accommodating when I had to change a last minute booking. Then the engineer who came to service the units throughout my property was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and had a really good work ethic. Cannot praise him and the company enough.

Service engineer was great. Arrived on time and did a thorough job. He showed me photos of what he had done and why. He also gave me advice on periodically drying the unit which was very useful

This was a service visit and I was very pleased. The engineer Stevie was earlier than the scheduled time which was a great help to me and he was very efficient and tidy. He also explained everything clearly.

The surveyor spotted that the system we required was small enough to be plugged into a ring main, saving the substantial electrical installation costs quoted by another company.

The original contract terms supplied were alarming and looked designed for dealings with a business. However, the practicalities were fine with the equipment coming with the installers and the final balance (half of the total) just required on completion of the installation.

The work was completed with no fuss or mess and the units work fine.

My recent maintenance visit went very well. Stevie who came to do the service was really nice and friendly, he did a great job!

We highly recommend if you’re looking to install AC, use this company Airconco. They are relatable, professional and price reasonable. They have a lot of options of AC to facilitate your needs. They also offer that can visit their showroom where you can discuss your options, or through phoning them. Very friendly team. Great length on units guarantee. For us was important that they provide with annual maintenance.
