Excellent service from Brother Muhammad Wasi who created a brilliant itinerary for me and my family.

He booked flights, hotels, transport and visa.

Hotels are immaculate and standards are 4*, staff are friendly at the hotels.

Flights were direct to Jeddah, creating less jetlag and stress for me and family.

Visa application and process was swiftly approved with Brother Wasi help.

He directed us to the Nusuk App with clear instructions.

All package was good and we recommend this company.

I am so impressed from Muhammad Saad, he is so helpful he looks exactly what you are looking as a packages for Umrah. He explained all details in so polite and helpful way.

The gentleman at Alamanah travel who I liaised with to find the right umrah package for me was so very helpful and patient. He answered all of my queries and found me good hotels and would change it if I was not entirely happy. In the end, I was not able to go through the booking due to personal reasons but the gentleman was very patient with me and understanding. When I am able to travel inshallah, I will undoubtedly book this through Alamanah due to how reassuring and kind they were with me.

Just returned from Umrah. Alhumdulillah.
This was the first time i travelled from UK. I was very nervous due to visa concerns and also high ticket prices during the peak season but everything was very well looked after by Mr Ikram from Alamanah travels.
Commumication from day 1 was excellent. He was always available and responded promptly to my queries.
Flights and visa was sorted in no time and we had no issues on our trip.

Excellent! Travelled between 25th Dec 2024 - Jan 4th 2025. Flight on way got cancelled lost a night at hotel. Was very upset and stressed and agency upgraded us to another hotel Swiss, which was very kind of them and responded to any concerns I had instantly. Very prompt in their response . Agent is Yaseen. Very professional. Stayed in Emaar Royal hotel in medina. Excellent location and sits outside imam Bukhari mosque which was a bonus. Masjid nabawi is a 5 min walk (depends how fast you walk) entrance to gate 21-25 (closest) perfect location for shopping and food. If I come back il def come back to this hotel. Room and service was excellent, despite a few negative reviews on trip advisor . I never encountered any issues. Never hardly in hotel anyway as always in mosque. Highly recommend yaseen as an agent and the company. I’m very conscious about service and I can honestly say he was brilliant.

We were recommended by a family member to use Alamanah Travels to book our Umrah after looking online and at travel agents.

Soon as i rang, we got through to Mr Yaseen who had been communicating with us through whatsapp during the whole process. Brother Yaseen was prompt and very polite, he accommodated our needs and helped us get the best price for the package that was available for us.

Although we were a family of 10, age ranging from 4yrs - 70yrs, Mr Yaseen had made the best arrangements for us to be transported around through the whole trip and we all were comfortable throughout the whole journey.

We will most definately be booking again with Alamanah Travels, I look forward to working with Mr Yaseen again and I personally recommend this company for your future Umrah/Hajj travels.

The experience was overall great but, what I'll define as five star is, caring for your customer, making sure that your customer is satisfied and most importantly the quick response and how easy was for me to book my trip. I have booked and umrah trip with them and I have already recommended Mr Ikram's agency to friends and family. Will definitely be booking my future umrah and hajj trips with them. I had a wonderful experience communicating with Saad Ullah. Even though I didn’t end up booking, he was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly caring throughout the process. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I felt supported. He is very professional and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Our experience with Alamanah Travels was excellent. Everything was well organised, didn’t have any issues with anything. We didn’t have to do anything, we just told Alamanah Travels how long we wanted to go for and they did all the work. Transfers from the airport to the hotels were very smooth. Hotels were very close by as well. I can not say that I had any kind of issues. This was our first Umrah and they organised everything perfectly. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work.

Ikram brother provided comprehensive support, ensuring that all arrangements were good. The accommodations were comfortable and well-located, allowing us to focus entirely on our prayers and spiritual goals.

One suggestion I have is to work closely with the transport team based in Saudia to further streamline the travel experience. While the journey was smooth, I believe refining this area would add even more comfort and efficiency to an already excellent service.
