Brother Ikram was our point of contact, and from the very start, his communication was excellent, keeping us updated throughout the entire process. The package was great value for money, and everything was incredibly well-organised, making the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Maleeha Amjad was our travel agent this time round. She helped us get the best package and price. Makkah hotel wasn’t the best so wouldn’t use Emaar Al Khalil hotel again but a 10/10 hotel in Madinah. Definitely again and would go to Emaar Maktan in Madinah. The company are brilliant with problem solving when we faced issues in Makkah because of the hotel. Maleeha did a great job and so did the manager. Overall I’m happy with the service they have provided. Have recommended this company to over 15-20 people and they all have said the same thing. Keep up the good work إن شاء الله.

Muhammad Ramzan helped greatly throughout the whole process. He was patient and answered all questions quickly. It was our first umrah trip and everything was arranged perfectly and Muhammad kept checking in as well which provided reassurance. Great service and will definitely use this company again in future. Horrible experience. Everything is different from what they advertise. Amateur team that is supposed to make travel arrangement easier, they just made it worst. Never book with them.

Good service for Umrah packages

We had the best umrah experience. Maleeha helped us throughout our whole journey. The booking was done easily and all the information was provided. The package provided to us was amazing. The hotels were close to all the places we had to visit and the breakfast was good. Maleeha was very professional and she was available whenever we needed her. She was reassuring and when we had any issue, she solved it immediately. We would highly recommend her and would be travelling through them again.

Very good and economic package for a single person. Good and clean hotel in Makkah, 8 mins walk to Haram. Good and clean hotel in Medina, 3 min walk to Haram. The agent Ikram kept in constant touch with me and that was v reassuring and took stress away.
