I ordered ear-rings for Granddaughter’s 13th Birthday. She lives fairly locally and we could have picked them up from the shop, wrapped and handed them over to her. However, as she just loves finding a letter etc. in her home postbox we asked for wrapping and delivery. We were not disappointed! She was thrilled to find a box from the postman and opened the layers of wrapping to find her beautifully wrapped box with her chosen ear rings and our message had been hand written. Well done - well worth the extra cost!

I decided to treat myself and bought myself a Clogau silver tree of life diamond locket necklace.
I have tried to purchase this particular item of jewellery for a wee while now and was absolutely thrilled to bits to have found the very piece I was looking for online plus as a new customer I got 10% off 😀

Arrived as promised via signed for special delivery at no extra cost to myself.

I was delighted with the service but what really stands out is the customer service I received.
The cloth and arcylic inlay was missing from the locket so I called the store and spoke to a lovely lady called Meghan and she was most understanding and extremely helpful once i explained my situation, she told me that she would see what she could do and would call me back, in the meantime I called Clogau and they arranged to have the missing cloth and arcylic sent out to myself.
I was just about to call Meghan to let her know that I had managed to arrange via Clogau to get these missing items sent out, but Meghan beat me to it and called me to say she was arranging for the cloth and arcylic inlays to be sent out I told her I was just about to call her and say I managed to contact Clogau direct once
again Meghan was totally lovely and said that she would put on hold arrangements for the missing piece but if for any reason I don't get them just to call her and she would start the ball rolling again for these to be sent out, this is my 1st time using this jewellers and it certainly will not be my last.
It was so wonderful that when I explained that the cloth and arcylic were missing Meghan totally understood that this was needed to keep photos in place and in my opinion Meghan is truly a credit to Allum & Sidaway.

Customer service as it should be, restored my faith in online shopping thank you.

I will certainly be purchasing further gifts/jewellery for either myself or family, I would not hesitate in recommending this company on my experience.
