Fabulous
I wanted a sapphire ring and ended up having a bespoke one. Cath was so helpful and spent a lot of time sourcing styles for me. I was given the choice of sapphires, along with CAD designs and even a wax mould that fitted my finger so I could see the finished ring. What I ended up with was not what I thought I wanted but is beautiful and compliments my other ring. Cath was amazing, patient and very professional, a credit to Allum & Sidaway at Gillingham.

Excellent service
I ordered a pair of earrings on click and collect. The parcel was ready to collect much sooner than expected. Staff in the Ringwood store were friendly and helpful, as they always are. The earrings were a gift and the recipient is very happy with them. Great service!

A service you rarely get these days
Visited the Plymouth Shopping Mall Shop today 17th April and was served by a young lady I believe was called Ellie. She was like a breath of fresh air. Extremely polite and very helpful, a trait you rarely get today.

Salisbury store review
I visited the Salisbury store recently for an ear piercing. The staff were very welcoming.
Becca pierced my ear and was so lovely. She made me feel at ease, was chatty and super helpful.
I would highly recommend and will return in the future.

Purchased Wedding rings at the Plymouth Branch, Superb service, not rushed in choosing and plenty of advice given with no pressure, we were mainly dealt with by Vicki and nothing was too much trouble, other colleagues also assisted, If you have any old hallmarked gold jewellery you no longer require, they value it and will take this off your purchase cost well worth considering. I have nothing but praise for the service and would well recommend them.

It was very easy to use the website. I also ordered my bracelet one lunchtime and the very next morning it arrived. It arrived very well packaged. I paid extra for gift wrapping as it is to be a present and it looks so lovely with the wrapping. Extremely pleased with the service.would recommend.

Great customer service
Great customer service, quality product, packed nicely.
I had to deal with the staff personally, because a fire had left my order unable to be completed. They dealt with my issue and solved it in good time with out any extra cost to me. I'd definitely use these again I'd they have a piece in stock I'm interested in.

Attention to detail
My earrings arrived quickly and were beautifully packed and tied with a branded ribbon, inside an outer box. the only downside was the the outer box was also printed with the jewellers name, giving an indication that what was inside could be high value.

A&S - picking up where other retailers let me down
Was finding a replacement necklace for my partner's Christmas present as it had arrived in pretty bad condition from another jeweller, and another accepted the order & took payment before telling me that they didn't have it in stock
Allum & Sidaway were pretty much my last chance of getting hold of this necklace. Thankfully, they take great care of their stock so it arrived the next day, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. My partner was absolutely thrilled and I don't think she's gone a day without wearing it.
