Excellent Company to Trust
These were a Christmas present for my Daughter, she had seen them on the nomination web site. I found them at Alum & Sidway ordered them and they were delivered to the shop. They came gift wrapped and served with an excellent customer service.

I ordered them on line and collected from store in a couple of days.

Very efficient...considering the current circumstances ! Due to being closed due to a fire in a neighbouring building! After cple emails which were answered within a cple hours if not less .... my gift was hand delivered in time for Christmas, so would absolutely oder from Allum and Sidaway in future

Excellent service
I took an item of jewellery into the Dorchester store for repair and was told it would be ready in 2 - 3 weeks. Unfortunately the fire in Dorchester in December resulted in the shop being closed and meant that, although the repair was completed within the stated time, I was not able to collect the item. I was contacted from one of the other stores and agreed a time for a member of staff to deliver the item to me at home. There was a bit of confusion about the price for the repair but that was also sorted out satisfactorily. I really appreciate the efforts Allum and Sidaway staff went to to ensure I had my jewellery in time for Christmas.

Overall very good!
I have given 5 stars for the quality of my purchase and speed of delivery.
My only issue was I had to get my purchase delivered as I live in Dorchester and the shop is currently closed due to the terrible fire next door which wasn’t an issue, but the purchase was a present for my wife who was in when the present was delivered and the package had a Allum and Sidaway sticker on it so it spoilt the surprise. Can I suggest future packages are sent out without the shop name on them!!
