I sent a follow up e-mail addressing the cease and desist letter immediately. It has been still ignored and I just returned 10 plus pieces of junk mail from them un opened, as proof. Clearly ignoring the rule of law with harassment and cease and desist. Not real smart! Like I stated, they are a 1 star over rated company (According to Consumer Affairs) for a reason.

They tell me i have credit, What they mean to say is pay $19.95 and you owe us $80.00. Not pay us $19.95 and we will discount you $80,00 It is a play on words and you will pay every time. Also they keep your mail box full. And who would ever want a coin of Biden the puppet.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. American Mint is a collection series company. You were issued credits toward both purchases you made with American Mint. You received both introductory items in your collections at their advertised discounted prices. Your order forms, which you voluntarily marked up and returned to American Mint, clearly expressed that you would receive authorized future issues in your collections to preview with no additional obligation to purchase. You were provided a postage paid, self-addressed mailing label which you used to return your authorized future issue. You currently have no account balance. I received no confirmation email of my order. After 2 weeks I had to call to inquire about my order and found out that every item in my order was on back order. Why was I not notified at the time I placed my order? I was told that after 1 month, if these items are still on back order that I will be sent a letter that will tell me that they’re either still on back order, or possibly when they will be shipped if off of back order status, or I will have the option at that time to cancel my order. This is not acceptable business and very poor customer service.

At the time you called us on 1/15/21, your initial order was on backorder at that time. However, all of your items you ordered on 1/2/21 (with the exception of the D-Day comm. coin) were delivered to your address on 1/27/21 per the United States Postal Service tracking information. The D-Day comm. coin will be delivered to your address as soon as the item becomes in stock again. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.

I have been enjoyed to work with customer service they are great, sometimes there are some confused on the order and review product finally they provide me with clearly and simple information to clear up the confuse, service was great, however sometimes very difficult to get connect by phone they are too busy, which is good for business.

American Mint does not send its customers items which they do not order. Pursuant to the terms of the public offer clearly printed on the order form which you voluntarily marked up and returned to American Mint, you were sent one (1) Donald Trump - Energy commemorative coin as an authorized future issue in the collection to preview with no additional obligation to purchase. You indicated that you never received these items. We later processed these items as post losses and issued you full credit card refunds for these items which totaled $89.90. You received these credit card refund payments on 1/14/21. We received the Head of State coin as a return on 1/29/21. Your account balance has been cleared. I LOVE THE PRODUCTS. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES FOR DELIVERY. I CAN'T BELEIVETHAT THE PANDEMIC IS A VIABLE EXCUSE FOR THESE DELAYS..SOME ORDERS HAVE TAKEN AS MUCH AS TO 2 OR 3 MONTHS.

Deceptive offers that do not fully explain what comes next
All in all when I call in I get a good explaination of things, many of your offers are misleading as to if you want to start having things shipped to you automatically...in most cases I am buying the first item because of the discount. I prepaid for a single Bowie Knife then you sent me two of them and wanted me to pay like $90 for it. I was OK paying under $30 but would not pay $90. It has been returned and the agent I talked with was very helpful.

Where are my Coins
yes, i just got off the phone from calling about an order that was placed on Nov. 21 2020 for 4 coins. I placed other orders in Dec. and those coins have already showed up but NOT my Commander in Chief coins for some reason.... This is the 3rd time i have had to call on these coins. I am always told that they are in transit each time i call. Not happy...... Alan
