I recently purchased a ROUSH supercharger kit for my 2024 Mustang GT through AmericanMuscle, and while I did run into a few issues during the install process with some missing components and confusion regarding updated calibration information, I want to specifically recognize how well AmericanMuscle handled everything afterward.

Nick S. in Product & Returns Support was outstanding throughout the entire process. He stayed professional, responsive, and continued working with ROUSH behind the scenes to help resolve every concern I had. What started as a frustrating situation completely turned around because of the level of customer service and follow-up I received.

ROUSH quickly overnighted the needed parts and clarified the updated calibration process for the 2024 platform, while AmericanMuscle stepped up by allowing me to keep the extra components as spare parts and issuing a $100 promotional credit for the inconvenience. Most importantly, they made me feel like my concerns actually mattered as a customer.

The install is now complete, the car is running perfectly, and the supercharger absolutely transformed the Mustang.

Mistakes can happen with any large order, especially on newer platforms, but great customer service is what separates good companies from great ones. AmericanMuscle and Nick absolutely earned my respect with how they handled the situation.

The ordering process is confusing sometimes.

I order something and it was in stock a day later i get a email now it’s out of stock and i have to wait a month for it./ days later they fixed my issue and still shipped it and delivered. So thank you American muscle

Perfect place to shop for the Mustang enthusiast

Was able to find some exterior trim parts for my '07 Mustang GT with quick delivery directly to the shop. Also grabbed a new clockspring to replace while in the steering column with better price than through my local Ford Parts online pricing.

Quick processing, and color matched paint options. Surprising further because my color was only released for 2024. I purchased 3 more items than I had planned simply because Atlas Blue was an available option so I got it while I could.

This rating is based on sales experience alone as the wheels are yet to arrive. The AM help line was professional, personal, and knowledgeable as I had specific requirements. When AM did not have all of the staggered wheel set in their warehouse, it was validated the supplier could complete the set. I showed how the same wheels were competitively priced better and AM matched price. The ordering process was at my pace and met my price. Expecting product delivered to match process thus far. Thank you.

Turns out it’s a J & D corvette front bumper which you can get a lot cheaper from ordering directly from J & D corvette.

Easy navigation, easy purchase and a thorough description of the item I purchased.

The website is extremely easy to maneuver around to find anything the prices are fair and they leave out no details very informative.

American Muscle would not honor an advertised price. After talking to a sales agent who said they would transfer me to a customer service rep and I waited 45 minutes and never got connected. Think I'll stick with CJ Ponyparts. Very disappointed with American Muscle.
