Caliper covers
See pics. There fitment charts are incorrect. They sold me the wrong size caliper covers that destroyed my brand new rims. It dragged the weights off while carving a huge groove in my new truck rim with no credit. I called them around 10 time only to get the runaround and a bogus extension to a supervisor that doesn't exist.

Perfect customer service, communication, shipping, packaging... Pros
I had ordered a set of struts for my F150 from Shock Jerk-us and waited 2 weeks and called them. They never shipped them and had trouble finding my order... but they nailed my payment. AND... I was a previous customer. That's how you lose trust.
Obviously uber-pissed I searched the shocks online and found them at AmericanTrucks. I called and they picked up the phone (miracle) and I spoke to Ken (very professional). He said we have them and you will get them in 3 days... and I did.
Now AmericanTrucks is my go to for everything, they have earned my trust.
