We did not experience any of the problems that we have seen with other agents. AR were very transparent from the start, extremely professional and made all parts of purchasing a property an actual pleasure.

We recently sold our much-loved family home in Kew through Anthony Roberts and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the outset, we felt genuinely supported. Our first point of contact was Jonathan, who was patient and understanding as we needed time to clear the property before putting it on the market. Once we were ready, Simon stepped in to handle the sale and was exceptional throughout. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided clear, practical advice every step of the way. What really stood out was his balanced approach—he remained firmly on our side as the sellers, while also referring to prospective buyers with courtesy and professionalism.
