We would like to thank all of the team at AR - Especially Phil, James, Chris and Emma. All remained calm, positive and enthusiastic throughout the sales process. They expertly navigated a tricky chain through to exchange and completion which made it much less stressful for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Brilliant.

I rented a property through Antony Roberts for over 9 years, and I can wholeheartedly say that I never felt like I was just renting – it truly felt like my home. Throughout this time, the agency, and in particular Alison Wren, provided outstanding support and understanding.

Alison was not only professional, but incredibly kind and approachable. One moment that really stood out was when we expressed interest in having a cat. I had always thought that having a pet while renting would be impossible, but Alison immediately supported us and took the initiative to get the landlord’s approval – which was granted thanks to her effort and understanding. It meant so much to us as a family.

Another time, when we were dealing with issues during the process of finding a new property through a different agency, I reached out to Alison for advice. She kindly forwarded my concerns to the letting department at Antony Roberts, and both William Slater and Paul Zammit took the time to assist me. They responded promptly, walked me through the legal procedures, and provided clear, honest advice about what I should and shouldn’t do. Their support during that stressful time was invaluable.

For me and my family, the care and time Alison, William, and Paul gave us meant the world. Renting through Antony Roberts was more than a transaction – it was a genuinely human experience, full of kindness, respect, and professionalism.

We purchased our first home in Richmond through Antony Roberts, and from our very first viewing with Emma Humphrys, we knew straight away we were in excellent hands. Fantastic agency in Kew. I worked with many agents there through selling a property and trying to buy a new one. When selling i mostly worked with Simon who has been exceptional at getting those buyers in and helping the chain to work out, when it didn't he persevered to find new buyers and ultimately helped to get to completion. Highly recommend this agency and Simon. They have exceptional knowledge of the area and are very professional to get things done!
