Excellent service from first telephone contact through to completion of the job. Repair of Tumble Dryer was quick, at a very reasonable price; Darren was a very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly worker.

Called in Darren to examine our dishwasher that had suddenly stopped working. He quickly diagnosed a manufacturing fault. Advised return of dishwasher to retailer under Consumer Rights Act, as machine was out of warranty period. Full report and photographs of damage provided. Partial refund offered by retailer and accepted. Service and advice from Darren excellent! Would have no hesitation in recommending. Most professional.

Darren Dodds he came to have a look at my washer and he was nice and explained what was , it was a loose pipe he put back on , as I worried I had go and buy a new one , would really recommend Darren thanks

Darren was extremely helpful and informative. He replaced the fan and the element on my range cooker oven, kept me informed throughout the process of ordering and availability of the parts and the fitting of them. He tidied up afterwards. I'm very happy with his work.

Visit was arranged very quickly considering the call was just prior to the Easter bank Holiday and replacement parts were received next day and fitted that day also.

Very quick response from this company to message requesting help and all communication was very good throughout. Next day visit to assess job and parts needed. Explained total costs during this call out visit and as soon as the part arrived they came straight out to fit it. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable - diagnosed fault without having to visit. Appointment made to fit part, arrived promptly, part efficiently fitted and washer/dryer working fine. The only downside was the 8 week wait for the part to be delivered and this was due to the supplier.

Very efficient and Helpful, initial fix didn’t work but the advice he gave proved the key to a tricky issue.
