To finally get someone to look at my hob

Tumble dryer was quite old and took 3 weeks to locate parts, but that was done and repair carried out.

I didn’t receive a new appliance!
My appliance fridge freezer was repaired
The engineer was professional polite and did a good job
Just regret not asking him other questions about the chilling function of my fridge.

Called to report problem with washing machine. Spoke to Silvia very pleasant and helpful, arranged for me to receive a call from an engineer to arrange visit. Received a call 2 hours later very pleased with service

The engineer Dave arrived in the specified timeframe. Completed the job and tested the appliance, very pleasant and professional

The admin and problem recording was excellent.
Like for like means something different to Appliance serve as its cost me £485 to get a truely like for like appliance.Appliance Serve knew what they were insuring for the years of payment. When a genuine claim arrives they have suddenly moved the goal posts and limits apply. Fair! - hardly.
Delivery arranged then cancelled on day of due delivery due to “unforeseen circumstances”
Is this good enough? - hardly.
When will the machine be delivered ! - anyone’s guess.

Just wish that removable and new item was more affordable

Our Fridge freezer went in the 3/9/25 repair s came out on the Saturday tried to fix the problem only to realise the motor was gone and needed replacing. Parts on order and was fixed on the 16/9/25. All up and working, very efficient services.

Good to speak to someone not ai , who was very clear and helpfull, in sorting everything out .

The engineer turned up, he was smart, well mannered, polite.
He listened to what I said about the problem, then set about fixing it.
He spent 20/25 minutes fixing it, then came back to me to report his findings.
The machine is now running superb.
Huw, was fantastic and a highlight for your company.
All was cleaned up and replaced, and he took time to show me it was operating correctly.

I have used this company for a few years now. Excellent service, helpful and courteous staff and great prices for the cover they provide. No call out or repair charges and if they can't fix the appliance they replace, like for like. Cannot fault them and happy to recommend -))

I phoned Appliance Serve this morning to report that my TV had no vision, just sound. I was called back by Alicia, who was very helpful indeed. She was very pleasant and understanding and took all the details needed. 10/10
