Owen arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Very tidy, polite and professional. Hefyd, mae Owen yn siarad cymraeg yn berffaith, so a bonus and another tick in the box for customer service.

Really professional service from the team at Ascent. The guys were so approachable and were clearly extremely experienced in what they were doing. Explained everything to us so clearly and were very supportive. They even sent someone back to the property later in the evening to help us sort out a weather related power cut which was not related to their installation! They didn’t want to leave us without power so came back to help sort it asap. Would be lovely if all companies could be so willing to provide such an excellent service. I would highly recommend! Thanks all!

Great install by Luke Liggins. Lovely tidy job from a very polite and knowledgeable installer. Even took the time to show me how everything works on the Ohme app.

Andrew from Ascent carried out my EV Charger today, all work was done to a very high standard, all mess cleaned up and he went through the Ohme app showing me how to use it and setup for different scenarios, very pleased with the full experience.

Andrew fitted our electric charger. It was a very easy process for us. Andrew was very professional and helpful throughout. Would recommend.

Andrew was quick and efficient when installing my ohme charger and talked me through setting up the app.

Andrew Park installed our Ohme car charger point. Excellent service, very friendly. Went over and above to help especially following a blip as we had with a replacement fuse which required an emergency call out. Andrew had to come back a second time but kept in touch to advise of timescales etc. Very professional service. Explained everything in detail and what to do expect and how to use the app and charger. Highly recommended!
