Great service by Jason. Helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely delighted with the service from the engineer called Owen. He arrived on time, came fully prepared, and even asked for photos the night before so he knew exactly what was needed for what turned out to be a slightly unusual job. Hugely capable and knowledgeable throughout, he kept me informed every step of the way and apologised for how long it was taking although honestly, I hadn’t even noticed because of how professional and thorough he was. He stayed until the job was fully completed, tidied up after himself, helped get my car charged, and clearly explained the next steps. Top man, top job - highly recommended!

Had an EV charger installed by Jason Metcalfe earlier this week. It was not a straightforward job due to the tricky layout of the house, and Jason did a great job of finding the best possible solution, communicating very well throughout.
