Asda
Asda. Absolutely rubbish, food so over priced. Rewards app is stupid doesnt give you rewards based on your shopping. Just random items that you have never bought before or never will. Lidl is so much better and glad they are right next too each other near me. Won't ever step foot in asda again

disgusted by rude staff who seem to think its ok to push you off the checkout self service for the sake of having 5 items in small shopping trolley, as a pensioner i find baskets too heavy, pointing and mouthing "you go" what is the point of trying to reason with a person who cant understand you, security on door claims to be manager, anyway Asda Trafford Park, never again plenty other stores to pick from.
USELESS
Last week I entered my new card details on the delivery pass and my grocery account. I authorised these changes through my credit card banking app. A few days ago I placed an order for delivery tomorrow and the payment was taken with no problems.
A couple of hours ago I received an email telling me that my order would be cancelled because I hadn't entered any payment details, yet as mentioned, they took payment the day I placed the order a few days and it was confirmed in the banking app as paid.
I have had to re-check everything, the grocery payments and delivery pass details, but then found when I tried to log into the app and laptop that they would not accept my email address and password even though they are stored in my password manager file.
In the end I rang Asda customer services who said everything was accurate and she had no idea why I was sent an email telling me I had not paid
A few weeks ago, this happened to quite a few people as Asda had to cancel all orders due to a breakdown in their system.
Come on Asda, get your act together, it is bad enough having items missing from your order and deliveries being cancelled without you telling me I have not entered a credit card on the account when the payment was showing in my credit card account as paid.
You have one last chance and if items are missing or not delivered tomorrow then it is goodbye Asda. In fact, I am so sick of you I will be going elsewhere in future.

If I could give this company 0 then I would've , I am disabled and cannot do my own shopping therefore I shop online. I am sick and tired of having short dated, out of date and poor quality foods sent to me. I have to plan my meals as I cant just nip to the shop if I need something so it is so frustrating when I am delivered foods that have to go in the bin. This is happening week in and week out to the point were I am going to stop using Asda Groceries, they are disgusting the way they treat their loyal customers.
Cancelled last minute
Useless delivery service i had a slot between 8.30/9.30pm and at 9.20 got a text saying cancelled order.
When us the paying customer spends time and effort to chose between supermarkets which one to give them our money then they are privileged. that we chose them. Looking at the reviews this is a normal thing for them. I'll never use them again for delivery.
Almost half my order out of stock
I find the app ok and delivery driver excellent, but Asda almost never deliver a complete order!.
I never have substitutes, as some of them are unsuitable to the point of bizarre!
My order this evening totalled £80 and the main part of this order was beer for a party, you guessed it £30 worth was out of stock!
If I'd known,I wouldn't have bothered!☹️
Impossible to go through online…
Impossible to go through online checkout. Wipe out my basket twice, just wasted my time. Customer service tab doesn't work. First and last time I wasted with them. Morrisons it is, byeeeee
Half the order missing
Half the order missing, payment from bank for full order. Not notified that half the order missing until a few hours before delivery. Unreliable. Wont be ordering again better to go with more reliable supermarkets.
Every time we go into Asda stores…
Every time we go into Asda stores there's always problems with disabled scooters & wheelchairs..It's been going on too long not to mention it..Went in again today & hoped it would be solved 🥴It was worse than the last visit all scooters are now broke.. Tesco's & Sainsbury's top marks to them for their scooters always charged & ready to go never any problems..It seems Asda have no compassion for their disabled elderly customers whatsoever..Needless to say we've had to leave without all of our shopping we couldn't manage it..But a big Thank you to security guard ABAS who went beyond his job role in trying to help us. Bless him.
useless pickers and customer services
I ordered on line express groceries, 98% substitution boxes are unticked as pickers are useless at choosing a matching substitute. I asked for Beef dripping chunky Chips but was substituted by the picker,,, (which the box was unticked, no substitutions and then not emailed about the swap beforehand), substitute for chips were cheesy sauce potatoes... !!!!!! CHIPs! CHIPs! CHIPS!!! 2 totally different things. I cant stand cheese it makes me vomit. Its the same as the difference from Mint ice cream swapped for chocolate... Mint! Mint.!. Chocolate is a Migraine to me. and large cooked prawns swapped for raw shrimps, ??? Where were their brains..( in the freezer). Then asking for a refund takes days to decide..then its refused On cheesy potatoes which I marked it as "unsuitable substitution" Asda said NO, NOT GRANTED A REFUND, How dare someone decide this was not an unsuitable substitute, especially when I don't eat cheese Appalling , its not the money its the principle of the matter ,that they did a substituting.
One time they didn't deliver at all, uber driver said he did until I said I had CCTV 24/7 at that same time. another was put on collection not home delivery , couldn't collect as I had a badly fractured foot at the time. Had to fight and waits days and days for my money back. Asda's policies sucks. They change the rules when suited. Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. I have to take what is sent ... "like it" or lump it" what a waste of food, every time it goes in the bin as no answers from food banks. I've objected so still waiting for a reply. Had to make 3 phone calls, after waiting on the line they said it was sorted but only got a message to say they received my request.!!!!!!! and not that I have received a refund. so still ongoing. Best using Morrison instead only £3 delivery instead of Asda £9

Why does the asda app never work ots always down makes it so you cant shop online
I have shopped with Asda for years
I have shopped with Asda for years. I normally have a home delivery and the drivers are marvellous. I have reported missing items recently. No one cares, the store just sent me a text saying refund refused. So I contacted the head office customer services, again, they didn't even reply. Finally text Roger Burnley even he couldn't be bothered. They are missing out on a large weekly shop all because they couldn't be bothered. Why do they bother advertising for new customers when they cant look after the ones they have

Used ASDA's groceries home delivery…
Used ASDA's groceries home delivery service on and off fro some years now, and it has been reasonably convenient. Two things I have noticed that have changed recently.
1. The (sometimes very) short use by a dates on perishable products, and
2. Refunds frequently not happening on items that are handed back to the driver. I'm guessing that either a) the driver can't be bothered to process the refund, or b) that (particularly more attractive / higher cost) produce is being stolen by the drivers (a few drivers, but not all). *you know who you are*
Delivery pass death spiral
You'd think it would be simple to change delivery pass debit card details for Asda Groceries. It is not. It's an endless frustrating loop. I cannot understand why such a simple thing should take four days to get nowhere.
Sefton park Asda
Sefton park Asda
Thay put roll back prices on items
But when you go to pay the items are the original price, not at the reduced price, this has happened several times to me
So double check your bill

Purchased a packet of fresh chilies at Asda High Wycombe. The checkout system flagged chilies up as a restricted item! and needed store assistant permission to buy them!
Asda madness!
Looked at the flowers on display
Looked at the flowers on display, sadly as usual they were neglected and had not been watered.
Bought one that we could save, got the sunflower home, watered it and now it's alive.
Also the trolleys are either broken or just can't move them but it seem that the owners are not buying anymore 😕 so what will customers do if they have alot of shopping and there are no suitable working trolleys? Will they have to use the little green baskets for all their shopping?
If this continues customers will go else where in future, they need to take care of their flowers, trolleys and customers!
An entire tray of frozen food was…
An entire tray of frozen food was missing from my delivery. When I contacted customer service I was put through to the Trafford Park store. I was advised they would call the driver to ask him to return to me with my items and that I would receive a call back.
This never happened. I called a further 6 more times, 2 of which I was hung up on.
The final time I called, I was advised to just request a refund for the items. I did this then my request for a refund was rejected. I was then advised to wait 24 hours to get my refund.
Well it's been over 24 hours and no refund, it's still advising its rejected. So currently out of pocket, how is this acceptable?? I'm sure they'd have an issue if I just walked in the store and took the items without paying.
