Brilliant service
Have had an issue with the inverter in the roof space. Ricky attended and was excellent, efficient and polite throughout. Explained everything that he needed to do in terms of checks. Inverter needed to be replaced which he did immediately. He completed the work and left with everything back up and running.

Ricky came to our house to investigate a problem with our Solar Panel.
From start to finish he informed us of what he was doing,
He solved the problem saying that the Inverter had failed causing the system to trip. He got one from his van and replaced it straight away….brilliant. He polite, courteous, respectful of our property. Thank you Ricky you did an amazing job.

Unprofessional, rude, and will stop your house from being sold
To begin, if I could give less than one star, I would.
For nearly 8 months we have been trying to have a restriction removed from a title. They have failed to do so and we have had 2 sales of the house fall through because of them.
They are unresponsive and rude.

PG / PAUL05003X - I just fail to see how this company has so many 5 stars unless false info. Please anyone thinking of using this company for rent a roof space - DO NOT DO IT. They have absolutely no care or responsibility and only respond with faceless copy and paste emails hiding behind micro aggressive legal written emails or attachments. I see pigeon problems all the time so not alone. They truly do not care “I am alright Jack” all your problem instead of doing and installing the job right in the first place. Use anyone else but these.. I am just counting down the years so these scruffy moss looking dirty pigeon infested panels can be removed and any damage when it does they will be paying the full amount to replace because I fear this companies unprofessionalism would leave my roof in disrepair. Awful company - please anyone reconsider and read the reviews for long term customers. The leases are a scam one way traffic
