Fantastic watch strap
The woven nylon strap is great. It breathes, especially good on hot summer days, or when I am physically active. Much better than the original strap supplied with my watch. The magnetic catch fastener works way better than a buckle, quick and easy to put on and take off. Delivery took a few days but it was over the Christmas holidays, worth waiting for!

Avoid this company
I ordered a magnetic strap, but once it arrived I found it easily came apart, with my watch falling off. I contact Astra straps who firstly offered a 50% refund or alternative, however I had bought an alternative strap locally. When I opted for a refund I found I had a battle on my hands and I had to point out my consumer rights under the law on more than one occasion. In the end I did manage to get a partial refund with them deducting the shipping costs from the refund, which is illegal for a strap which they agreed was not fit for purpose. I have written a review on their site but suspect it won’t be posted. Avoid this company altogether.

Astra Straps does not honor their warranty
I purchased my first band in July, 2025. In late October the clasp broke. They sent me a replacement band and by mid-December that was also broken. I then emailed support and requested a refund and was told "As per our policy, we can only offer one resolution per order, which includes a replacement". Buyer beware!

Initially worried, but ...
While my silicone and originally ordered scrap does not fit, the team, consisting of Sarah Taylor and Cae, have been nothing short of admirable and accommodating. Car is working to get a replacement to me ASAP and apologized for the strap not fitting. It is my first order and I was worried for a bit. I've been burned before but this experience has has won me over for sure.
