Good choice, small downsides
Delivery was timely and box arrived undamaged. Band looks as in photos. It can be a bit hard to get off without the end of the band slipping through and falling out of the loop. Occasionally a wrist hair gets snagged in the metal bad but rarely. Looks much more put together than my old silicone band (from Fit Bit) and easy to keep clean. Overall happy with my purchase.

Bought a strap which looked lovely but…
Bought a strap which looked lovely but it was too big. Came with an adjustment tool but no instructions. Tried to find a video on how to use the tool but couldn't find one. Worked out how to use the tool but it was so flimsy that the metal bit broke and I couldn't keep adjusting the watch strap. So it's really loose now and I have no easy way of getting out the pins. Just so time-consuming.

High quality watch bands with excellent customer service
My order was complicated because my delivery address autofilled from Apple Pay. I immediately contacted customer service that they didn’t see before they shipped it to my old address. However, because I had contacted them multiple times to correct the error prior to the shipment. Juliet helped me get my order sent to my new address as quickly as possible.
I can not say enough about the quality of my new bands that arrived today and are just beautiful. Juliet was amazing and ensured that I got what I ordered. Overall it was a wonderful experience. They really went the extra mile to insure I got my watch bands as quickly as possible. If you are looking for high quality watch bands and excellent customer service, this is the company for you.

My husband ordered 2 watchbands from Astra Straps on Dec 19, 2025, and one was very loose and it would not adjust small enought to fit my wrist, which was sad because I loved the band. The other band was the same size but it fit. I tried multiple times (8) to email the company going back and forth to get help and they never answer my questions about if maybe they sent the wrong sized band and just offer to send me another one at $10. I didn't want to risk spending more and having it not fit. We've been going in circles since Dec. I feel very frustrated and like I'm just getting replies from autobots. Why can't I get help from a real person? I'd rather just get a refund if I'm not getting answers.

I ordered an Apple watch band off their site after confirming that it would have the correct length for my wrist. When it arrived it was significantly shorter than advertised. I reached out to them for help and was put through a serious of tasks like proving the size of my wrist and the size of the band etc. This went on for roughly a month. The end result was that they acknowledged that they had the wrong information on their site so I was sold the wrong item. I was offered a replacement band but I would have to shell out even more money for it. Their customer service is a joke. Their products are scams. Avoid them, learn from my mistake.
