I’ve been using Augmentive for about 3 years on and off for my assessments and then for medication about a year ago. Theyre very prompt and Natascha has been an amazing nurse to deal with. Pricing is also cheaper than my local private hospitals.

Dr Lida assessed me for ADHD if you need a really calming patient soul it’s Dr Lida. She is thorough, bags of compassion and knows her stuff. I had a bad experience with another Psychiatrist so I was very nervous and wasn’t going to go but I am so glad I did. She is attuned and patient centred and I highly recommend her! 5 ⭐

Highly recommend
As a counsellor I’ve recommended Augmentive to clients who are interested in getting an ADHD diagnosis because of the level of knowledge all the staff present on their profiles.
When I decided I was ready to look at my own neurodiversity I found a psychiatrist at Augmentive that suited me and they were amazing at understanding my challenges and validating through thorough diagnostic processes my ADHD. I started on meds which was really easy and I’ve just had my first med review which was very supportive, thorough and informative.
I feel like I have been provided space to be understood and acknowledged and it’s helped me understand myself better and acknowledge my strengths and areas I need support in.

Dr Lida is very easy to talk to
I found Dr Lida to be very easy to talk to and very informative. She managed to give a detailed diagnosis which I was happy to receive and finally get some answers to the problems I have been having throughout my life and very recently.

Lovely Nurse Natascha!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to for Natascha. She was warm, lovely and welcoming, exactly the kind of person you want to talk to. She is friendly, chatty and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you meet her. She takes the time to listen, makes you feel heard and makes sure you don't leave feeling confused. When I shared my thoughts about my dosage and mentioned that I felt a different option might be better, she was completely open to hearing my perspective, even though she is the professional. She listened without judgement, talked everything through with me and made me feel genuinely involved in the decision. I would 1000% recommend her.
