I would like to say a big thank you to Chris and Adam at Auto 100. I collected the 25 plate Cayenne yesterday and it was a really pleasurable experience. A good part exchange price was offered and no haggling took place. The new car was prepared immaculately. Adam was the perfect host. They have a vast selection of cars, great specifications and competitive prices. Based on how pleased I am with the purchase I would definitely buy from them again.

Called to view a £45k car and said I would be getting an independent inspection. They flatly refused to allow an expert inspection so I won’t do business with them.

We recently bought our Lotus Eletre S from Auto100 and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We initially dealt with Simion, who was brilliant from the start, but when he went on holiday Dan took over and made the handover completely seamless. There was never any confusion or having to repeat ourselves, and Dan kept everything moving until we collected the car.

We were offered a great deal on the Lotus and a very fair price for our part exchange. To make things even more stressful, we actually managed to damage our part exchange truck on the morning we were due to hand it over! We were expecting the worst, but the team were incredibly fair and reasonable. They assessed it honestly and didn’t use it as an excuse to dramatically reduce the value, which we really appreciated.

From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional and easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth, transparent and completely hassle-free. We genuinely felt looked after throughout.

Found my dream car on the website and contacted Auto100 directly to purchase. The speed at which they sorted all my requirements in a very professional manner was incredible. Phoned on a Saturday, collected the car on the following Tuesday. In this quick turnaround time, they managed to sort all the paperwork and prep the car, including ceramic coating the car to perfection. Meeting them on collection day was also a pleasure. Traded my wife's 2020 Merc SL AMG for a Jaguar Reims Edition 5L at Auto 100and got a better than market price for the Merc and the Jaguar was no more expensive than any of the half dozen that were for sale.

We have had the car 3.5 years, full dealer Service History and both MOTS sorted with no issues. Was offered a good price at a Ferrari Dealership down south against a Roma Spider which we accepted only for the Dealership to renege on the agreed price. Rang Tom one of the Directors at Auto 100 who I previously had dealt with and he was more than happy to match the Ferrari garage price. Took the Jag next day and Tom had his accounts office transfer the funds which were in our account with 45 mins.

Their premises are really professional, in fact better than most main dealers, their prices are fair and the service levels I have received have been excellent and would happily purchase another vehicle from them in the future and recommend them to any prospective buyer that is looking to purchase a quality high end vehicle.

Collected my Jaguar FType earlier this week. Everything went to plan and Terry looked after me. Fantastic selection of vehicles and Great facilities. Would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from them in the future.

First rate communication from Alexandra, the Funding and Logistics Controller for the company. It was easy to follow her advice and I was guided through each phase of the selling process. Collection on the day was perfect. There was some additional cosmetic damage picked up by the collection agency for the company I had not declared and the price adjustment was very fair. The payment was swift. The car could not go to a better dealer. The dealers site has some amazing cars on it and the way they treat their cars and customers is heads above the others I have dealt with in the past particularly with my last dealer who was horrendous. My faith has been restored. So thank you for the sales service and I could not be happier for my car to be in your care ready to sell onto the next owner.

I bought a car from Auto100 which was the first time I’ve done so from a non franchised dealer. So I was very pleasantly surprised by the thoroughly professional approach from start to finish. The website is very well presented, and level of transparent and comprehensive information is reassuring. When I made contact, I found Ryan to be highly responsive and very helpful with my enquiries. We were apprehensive at first but once we had found the car, everything went brilliantly.

I recently purchased an Aston Martin Vantage from Auto 100.
The car was prepared to a very high standard for what Chris proposed to be a viewing / collection appointment (should I wish to complete the purchase on the day).
No pressure to buy.
I’m a 500 mile round trip so this suggestion was appreciated as I did indeed view it and buy it so I could drive it home that day.
Impressive premises with a remarkable inventory of cars. I could have lost a few hours there just looking to be honest.
Purchase was simple as I had already set up Auto100 as a payee a few days earlier on my banking app at Chris suggestion.
At handover the car only had 1 key but Chris assured me that he would retrieve the other from the 1 previous owner. Or failing that would provide a replacement that I could have coded to the car.
After a few weeks Chris called me to suggest I contact AM directly to arrange a replacement key and refunded me the cost of a new OEM key which I am now in the process of arranging.
I am absolutely delighted with the car. And I would recommend Chris and Auto 100 as a trustworthy vendor of high end vehicles and aftersales care that is better than many.
