Good Customer Service
Overall, I would say my experience was pretty good. There was a bit of frustration in the beginning, but the person working on my refinance loan stepped it up with super professionalism and communication, and I really really appreciated that. Would highly recommend.

I was promised a 90 day forbearance asked and confirmed several times on a record line. Only to find out after it was all done the mess the paper work up and didn't give me the 90 forbearance. They didn't really want to help to fix it. I feel like I was lied to
I set up a loan through AutoPay who was…
I set up a loan through AutoPay who was able to get me approved with LA Federal CU. The processor informed me I was approved for the loan at an interest rate slightly lower than the one I currently had with BMW Financial. The only reason I proceeded with the loan is because the processor told me I would receive a .25% discount for setting up automatic payment. This did not show in the loan docs so I was concerned and called it out. Because of my concerns, I asked the processor to email me for proof, which he did. Fast forward one week later- loan funds with no auto pay discount, I email LA Fed CU and they respond with “auto pay discount must be done at funding” which is contradictory to what I was promised. I will be filing a formal complaint with the CFPB and DFPI.
