Great Layout of Units
Great location; layout of rooms and units was convenient and perfect for our large group; great balconies and multiple living areas in each unit. Knocking off a star because kitchens were poorly equipped. One of the main reasons we choose homes over hotel rooms for our large groups is so that we can cook big meals to save money. The kitchens lacked larger cooking pans and pots, utensils, dish towels, and dish cloths. There were two dishwashers and plenty of dishes for eating, but equipment for actual cooking and cleaning up was lacking. Nevertheless, I highly recommend these units, especially if you’re not going to cook!

They charged extra for “pool heating”…
They charged extra for “pool heating” and you only find out about it after booking. It was $1200 for a week which is insane.
Also the property had a golf simulator. However it would only work in driving range mode. You could not play a course. This was really unfortunate because the golf simulator was a big reason of why we chose this property.
Also the drink fridge did not work along with 4 of the ceiling fans

This rental was beautiful and clean!
Check in and check out was super easy! Communication was great!
House was stocked with essentials and plenty of towels and linens. Pool was the perfect size for us and we all enjoyed it! Will definitely be booking through them again.

Quiet area
Quiet area, clean and spacious home. Well lit. However, missed it as gps put us on main rd in front of property. Kids loved pool and game room.
Some suggestions though. Skillets need to be replaced. Cleaners under sink to clean counters, glass table, any small messes. No sponge under sink to clean dishes.

we had a great time. the kids enjoyed the stay and everyone had fun. We did face some difficulties when we first arrived but everything else was perfect. we liked the area, the weather, everything was amazing

We loved our stay at Tequila Tides, it was spacious and clean. The location might look a bit far from the beach but the drive is easy, it made it easy to get to Roberts point Park or the beach. We will be back!!!

The front of this home and location is…
The front of this home and location is not accurately represented in the listing. I'm sure due to an absentee management company, the front, side and back parking area were covered in weeds that blocked the view from the porch and while exiting the property. The listing mentions the home being in a quiet neighborhood while quite to the contrary it is on a very busy street. The interior of the home is nice with the exception of a broken ice machine and a door knob that continuously fell off of the master bathroom door. The proximity from Franklin is definitely walkable which was very nice. As Franklin expands the location will be even more desirable. June 2026

The home was absolutely gorgeous and better looking than pictured!
The home was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a family of ten ranging in age from 3 months old to 60. We loved all the bedrooms, and sitting areas. The outdoor space was great for us and had lots of shade options. We also had AvantStay help with finding a caterer to come in for one dinner and it turned out great!

CASA SONOMA was a wonderful property
CASA SONOMA was a wonderful property. It really made our mother-daughter trip amazing! It had everything we needed! Wi-Fi was an issue (very spotty), but we were there to relax and enjoy eachother's company anyway. We plan to book next summer and bring the teen girls too. The pool was just gorgeous and like our own little resort. 5☆☆☆☆☆

55 Pelican Reach —-Amazing property. Everything you expect and more.
Process to access the property was simple —-as a result of the prompt, consistent, informative, communication by the host —great job.
Home was impeccable, tastefully decorated, all the amenities you could want, and a perfect fit for our family of 8. The back screened in deck was outstanding and back yard area was beautiful/private. Neighborhood was so peaceful/quiet. Having beach access across the street made taking gear to/from the beach so easy. —also, the community pool was excellent and several feet right around the corner (you could see the pool from the back deck of the house) —-pool was a great alternative option for those that did not want to go to the beach. The property was truly amazing, everything we thought it would be —-and more. This property is well worth the investment to create memories and we will stay again when we return to Isle of Palms.

Easy booking process and prompt, clear communication. Loved the location and the space itself. The condo was well put together, comfortable, and spacious- plenty of room for 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids). The view and easy access to the beach were favorite features.
