Excellent property
Balboa Breeze was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well kept. A wonderful experience for us and our grandchildren. Having a designated parking space was “icing on the cake!”

Beautiful Property- great management team.
Had a small issue at Check-in with the main floor a/c not wanting to kick on. AvantStay team was super speedy in their response and had someone over right away to get it checked out and working again. Rest of the home was a dream. Beautiful views, great access to Canyons base and super close to Park City as well. I hope to come back for ski season!!

My had a great time the house was beautiful very clean it had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back soon, the pool was great, with a 5 minute walk to the beach but overall a 5 star home

Comfortable stay with great views!
Clean, great views, good location. Hosts offered useful information and checked in on us. I do recommend some lighting to help identify the unit at night and also the walkway is overgrown and needs some maintenance.

Unit was very different than photos…
Unit was very different than photos from when I booked. It had been redone and there were differences that were not good. In order to use any outlet or tv in living room you had to have light on. Ceiling fans over beds were removed. Cabinets were replaced with open shelving that was failing so plates were all on counters just as few examples.

Great location
Great location. Safe neighborhood, plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and farmers markets. Short walk to downtown Nashville. It’s a beautiful place that is very comfortable and modern.

We truly loved the location and the accommodations. We had an amazing view from the front as well as the putting green. The side/back patio was a comfortable and private location. The steps weren’t too steep but if you’re mobile impaired, entering and exiting will potentially be challenging.

Very nice
Very nice, clean, and quiet place. Plenty of room inside. Very nice and friendly staff. I had a small issue. They attended to it very quickly and professionally.
The parking is limited with small tight spaces but overall I loved it.

We had a great experience staying here! The location was excellent! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge while still being a peaceful place to unwind. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived.
One of the things we appreciated most was being able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation without having to worry about anything. Everything was just as described, and the host made the process easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The studio was exactly what I was hoping for—private, peaceful, and with an incredible ocean view. The location was perfect, and I loved being able to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The little details really stood out, too. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with beautiful dishes and everything I needed, and the patio chair was so comfortable that it quickly became my favorite spot to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. Thank you for sharing such a special place!

We absolutely loved our stay
We absolutely loved our stay! The home was incredibly clean and had everything we could have needed for our vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how many extras were available for us to use, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. We had an issue with the door lock during our stay, and the host responded to our message right away and helped resolve it quickly. Their responsiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated.
The only suggestions we would have are adding a button on the outside to temporarily silence the door alarm, as it can be difficult when children are napping and people are coming in and out. Also, the bikes provided were unfortunately quite rusted and not usable during our stay.
One other small issue was that the cleaning crew arrived around 10:00 a.m. on checkout day while we were still packing up and had not yet left, which felt a little rushed. Better coordination on checkout timing would make the experience even smoother.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well stocked, and well maintained place to stay!

Great Layout of Units
Great location; layout of rooms and units was convenient and perfect for our large group; great balconies and multiple living areas in each unit. Knocking off a star because kitchens were poorly equipped. One of the main reasons we choose homes over hotel rooms for our large groups is so that we can cook big meals to save money. The kitchens lacked larger cooking pans and pots, utensils, dish towels, and dish cloths. There were two dishwashers and plenty of dishes for eating, but equipment for actual cooking and cleaning up was lacking. Nevertheless, I highly recommend these units, especially if you’re not going to cook!
