The apartment was clean & spacious
The apartment was clean & spacious, & had a full kitchen & laundry room. It was a convenient 15-20min walk to shopping, restaurants, waterfront, & sight-seeing. Perfect for us & our 2 young adult kids! AvantStay reached out several times to make sure we had what we needed, & responded quickly to questions. I would stay here again!

Perfect family getaway!
The location and amenities were great! There was plenty of space for our family of 8.
The space could have been slightly cleaner. We had to wipe down the counters and kitchen chairs. The baseboards also need some attention and new shower liners are needed in the bathrooms.
Outside of that the space was great and we would consider staying again!

Beautiful well appointed cabin
The cabin was beautiful and well decorated! We needed more towels and help getting the tv on. They were very responsive to both requests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location!

Above and Beyond
The property was beautiful inside and out screamed Palm Springs 🌴 the house is big and very roomy, there beds feel like hotel bed just so comfy and plush, love the open concept and the pool is beautiful and deep enough just perfect and relaxing and last but not least there team as host r amazing and so thoughtful they knew we where there celebrating my son's birthday and they had a birthday ice cream cake waiting for us on check in day in the freezer along with a birthday card and a gift for him 2 enjoy in the pool just so thoughtful and sweet. As far as the host being available they truly r very responsive and helpful made check in a breeze truly a gem property and stay no issues what so ever I highly recommend them and there property.

Avantstay has great customer service.
We like booking Avantstay properties because there's always someone available to answer questions and help with any issues. For example, last week we needed help with an odd lockbox and were immediately able to contact their representative and get the help we needed.

Perfect house for family!
We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter’s wedding with family at this beautiful house! The wedding venue was just down the road and the house comfortably accommodated our whole large family! The house was clean and had everything we could have asked for! The pool was a huge hit, especially the day after the wedding when all we wanted to do was rest and enjoy each others company! Highly recommend! We will be going back!

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. They cancelled our vacation months after we paid them providing no reasonable options. They were required by law to refund us but that hardly covers a ruined vacation. Stay far away.
