I had a very efficient response from Awe regarding a missing earring in my order. The Customer Service handled the inquiry while I waited and replaced the missing earring a short time later to be mailed to me. The whole replacement was easy and the people involved were very efficient. Check out their beautiful jewelery.

"I really enjoy Awe Inspired jewelry and have purchased several pieces from them. I find their designs unique, and I love the spiritual meaning behind each piece. Ordering online is very easy when an item is in stock. Everything arrives beautifully packaged, looks exactly like the website pictures, and matches the product descriptions perfectly. However, I often find that the pieces I like are out of my price range, and by the time they go on sale, they are out of stock. It can also be frustrating because the specific size or metal option (gold vs. silver) I want is frequently sold out. Despite that, I always have fun browsing their new collections."

Love their jewelry but the company practices aren't the best. My partner purchased me a gift from their website and unknowingly got signed-up for their monthly subscription which he didn't want. And I have been a member for over a year now and never hear from back from their customer support team for weeks (if at all).

Customer Service reached out to me first and offered more than one solution. The pendant I had wanted had sold out and I was contacted about how I wanted to proceed: like cancelling the entire order, or send what they had and refunding the sold out piece. And the best thing was that when they contacted me, it didn’t seem at all like a form letter. Then after I told them my choice, they got back to me just to make sure that they were cancelling the correct thing(s). That was extremely courteous of them. I’m very pleased

I purchased a locket from this company in August of 2025. I did not realize they had added a $0.00 "The Goddess Circle Membership" to my order. Then, they proceeded to charge me for 12 months for something I didn't authorize. Their weird "$40 dollars are flying into your account" emails were sent to my spam folder. I happened to search my spam for something and decided to open one of their emails. Only to realize Awe Insipred had been charging me for 12 MONTHS and had taken over $500 dollars from me towards this fake membership, and said I had these credits to use on their website. I have reached out to them and my bank. Please buyer beware!!! The locket I purchased is pretty, but it's not worth the initial $91.47 I paid or all of the extra stress and deception.

The one star is for the kind and helpful customer service team who got back to me so quickly, generated me a return form when I wasn’t able to do so on the website and received my complaint with kindness and understanding.

I want to start this by saying that I have been looking at Awe Inspired’s jewellery for years now, but never taken the plunge to buy anything until I had painstakingly saved and saved over the years and I was in a position (finally) to treat myself to a gold vermeil special edition Persephone necklace. My order arrived this evening and I have never been so disappointed, deflated, let down and shocked at something ordered off the internet for years, possibly ever. The pendant was tarnished and marked all over the back of it and the front of it looked cheap and haphazard. The garnet had out of place gold overhanging the top of it slightly and it was really noticeable, even from a distance.

I’m so annoyed I didn’t read the reviews on here first noting similar experiences with poor quality jewellery so at least my hopes wouldn’t have been so high, but I can’t believe how terrible the quality is for something that is supposed to be brand new and never worn - it looks like something out of a Christmas cracker.

It sounds silly but I feel a little heartbroken, I’ve had my sights set on this particular pendant and then the special edition that came out later for several years now, and after finally being able to treat myself, I feel so disappointed and let down by the quality that I didn’t even want an exchange, anything that looks like that brand new isn’t going to fare well after a week of casual wear, let alone years. I love the necklace so much and I’m absolutely gutted I cannot own it. If there was a solid gold version then I’d genuinely consider saving up for it, but even then, I don’t see myself giving any of my hard-earned money to this company after what they sent me today. It’s insulting to spend hundreds of pounds (dollars) of your own money and receive something of such poor quality.

I really wanted to like the items that I got not even a year ago. I purchased two ring sets the Oracle stacking set and the butterfly stacking set both in silver. The butterfly rings are not just tarnishing they are starting to oxidize the set cost $200+.While the Oracle ring set feels like plastic and with a $175 price tag I’d say that is ridiculous.

I love this pendant. It's made for me with the waves, moon and stars. They are everything I'm drawn to. Beautifully made, large and heavy.

I have ordered quite a few pieces from Awe Inspired and I have never been let down. The pieces are always beautiful and high quality. I find the customer support amazing as well, I am always notified when my piece has shipped and was even automatically updated once when the shipment was just slightly delayed. Amazing! Highly recommend!

I have ordered from Awe many times - the last time was the best thanks to speedy shipping. The products are always stunning. Glad I don’t have to wait so long to receive them now.
