This company always makes high quality jewelry. Any time I've had questions or concerns about orders, the response has been quick and helped with whatever issue i have had.

My orders are placed right away, with quick emails that the order was received. I am notified when the order is shipped, expected and delivered. Communication with customer service is easy and efficient and last but not least, the products are well made and never disappoint.

Sent a cheaper item than what I ordered. Customer service was no help. All the responsibility lies with me. So disappointed. For a women-owned company, they need to have higher standards to make that title mean something. Take accountability and start doing the right thing.

I'll begin by saying I like the piece of jewelry I purchased and I like supporting small businesses. But, when I received a bill for a "subscription" that I was unaware of, it changed my perception of the company I had no interest in becoming a member of their "goddess circle." Apparently they snuck that agreement in somewhere during purchase of my neck chain. They did tell me that they'd cancel the membership, I'll have to make sure they follow through. But I want a hassle-free experience when I shop, I shouldn't have to watch out for extra charges snuck in with the purchase. Also, they told me they'd attempt to resolve this problem, acting as if it was new to them. But when I filled out the form to stop the subscription, there was a drop down menu with an option for "unwanted membership," which means this is a common problem that they're aware of, but continue to do it. Also, I don't like companies that you can only contact online. I prefer to speak with a human being by phone.

I sent multiple emails and photos of my purchases that tarnished after a short time, and they ignored me. Then, finally, a supervisor called me and promised me a store credit for the total cost of the tarnished items, and I got NOTHING!!!! This is a crooked company I would recommend spending your money elsewhere!!!

I am so disappointed and frustrated by the entire experience. I purchased jewelry on 4/18/26 for a birthday gift for 4/30/26 and when completing the purchase, it stated it would arrive by 4/27/26. I have emailed the company three times to the customer service company email to get updates on the order and confirm it would be received by 4/30. I never received a response. On 4/29/26, I received an email from UPS stating it would be delivered on 5/4/26. I will be returning all of the items purchased as they were not received in time and I will never purchase from this company again.

I can not and will not recommend any company that does not sand behind their product and has zero customer service.
Awe Inspired unfortunately is one of them.
Jewelry is pretty however slightly overpriced and considering that customer service is NON- Existent - overall not worth it.
If you have an issue they will simply ignore you.
You guys actually lost a very good customer . Good luck.

I’ve purchased several pieces of jewellery from Awe Inspired and have loved them all. I’ve probably spent a few thousand pounds in total. I’ve not had any issues with tarnishing but I would say that a lot of my pieces were bought between 2020 - 2023/24, so I can’t speak to their later quality. I loved that you used to get points towards your purchases. That was a much better system than this new membership programme that they have. I have seen some negative reviews on here where people complain about being enrolled in the membership without their knowledge. I don’t think that’s fair at all as it is obvious (or at least it was the last time I checked) as they list two prices for the item before you checkout and you can choose if you want the membership price or not. So I think it’s a bit disingenuous for people to blame the company when they clearly weren’t paying attention when they ordered.

Saying all that, I am quite disappointed in how expensive their jewellery has become. The prices are a bit mad considering you are not paying for real gold or sterling silver. I don’t think I’ve purchased from them much the last few years because of this. The price for one pendant can be over £200 which is just crazy. It’s a shame too because I would have kept purchasing from them if their price point was better and they went back to their old points system. They’ve updated their real life goddesses pendants and there are a few I really want to purchase. I think they may have lost the ethos they had when they started their company so it doesn’t feel the same ordering from them. I really hate all influencer stuff they are doing as it cheapens the brand.

I love the earrings and necklace I purchased. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I definitely have my eye on other items.

Beautifully made and crafted! Frankly I'm addicted to awe and love seeing the new jewelry drops that makes me want more! My whole family now wears awe jewelry! You can't go wrong and enjoy the goddess that you are!

I have many pieces from Awe, and I love them all. Quality is good, and if there is an issue, they honor the 2 year warranty

I own a lot of pieces and I love each one. Unfortunately, as others noted, the prices are increasing and I don’t feel the vermeil warrants such high costs. I now only purchase when there’s a sale or I get a coupon.

My most recent purchase was a zodiac goddess coin necklace and the zodiac pave charm separately. The additional charm did not fit on the chain that came with the necklace so I contacted customer service. It took a couple days, but they responded and exchanged the chain after I sent photos. Luckily, the allowed me to keep both pendants and send back only the chain. I was worried that the wonky jump ring on the original chain would be on the replacement chain, but thankfully it was not and both charms fit perfectly on the replacement chain. The processing of the replacement shipment took more time than I would have liked; it didn’t get sent out until I sent a second follow up email. Luckily I had made the purchase plenty of time in advance of my friend’s birthday so I did receive it in enough time to give it to her on her bday. I think the “purchase protection” add on is kind of a scam considering I removed that from my cart before making my purchase and then they didn’t even mention it when I reached out to exchange the chain.

AweInspired is by far my favorite place to get unique and meaningful jewelry. There are always new drops and such lovely pieces. Shipping can be slower, but it is a smaller company so that's to be expected. I've had great experiences with customer service whenever I've needed to contact them.

I have had wonderful experiences with Aweinspired jewelry. The quality is top notch, pieces are artistic, unique & symbolic. I’ve built a collection of meaningful jewelry for both everyday wear & work. If I have had an issue, the customer support team immediately took care of it & made things right. I really like the products and their meanings, but they are increasingly expensive. Unless there's a decent sale, I will not be able to afford these products; they are luxuries. (Some products are a little too radical, i.e. the new IUD necklace-its a practical and empowering product, but not to adorn my neck). My number one critique is how unaffordable the brand is becoming. That's unfortunate because I own over 20 different necklaces by Awe.
