I have ordered many items from awe and all of them come in beautifully. They come in perfectly packaged, fast timing, and usually perfect condition. If there is something wrong with the item they are always helpful. The ring I got is beautiful, the chain is everything I expected. Will order again from here.

The jewellery is great. I have several pieces and have had them for years. They are still in perfect condition. So not only beautiful, but also good quality!

I have been a devoted Awe customer/collector for a few years now. I usually have a great experience purchasing from the company and dealing with any delays. Their communication is always open and it's easy to get connected to customer service directly, if it's ever needed.

Company sent an item I didn’t order. It happens, nbd. So I email. They tell me I have 14 days to return the wrong item. No mention of sending what I actually ordered, just a vague threat. Mmkay, go click through their linked return process IT WONT LET ME BECAUSE ITS FINAL SALE. This company is so shady, take forever to get back to you, don’t own their mistakes and I’m just holding onto a very cheap and ugly necklace I didn’t order

As stated by others, they sneak a 40/month subscription into any purchase and it's unclear during the process you are signing up.

Do not buy from them. I'm demanding a refund, but will not update my review accordingly. This type of marketing is disturbing. They should be shut down. 0/10 cheap jewelry.

I’ve ordered thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry from Awe Inspired and was an early adopter of their Goddess Circle membership. I want to start by saying that the designs are beautiful, and the pieces I’ve received over time have generally been good quality.

However, over the past few months, I’ve experienced multiple issues that raise concerns about the company’s customer service and ability to scale as the brand grows.

A recent order included a pendant that arrived damaged. While the claim was eventually approved, it took multiple follow-ups to receive a return label. The process was unclear, and the online claim portal used to retrieve the label was not communicated in advance and did not function properly when accessed. I have since returned the damaged item, but I am still waiting to receive the replacement. I did receive a shipment notification; however, the tracking number provided corresponded to a different order that I had already received and did not include the replacement piece.

In another case, an item from an order was shipped separately but arrived without any prior shipping or tracking notification. I am also currently waiting on an additional piece that was omitted from my most recent shipment totaling over $800, with no updated tracking information provided. This further adds to the concern around order fulfillment and consistency.

Communication overall has been inconsistent, and customer service responses are unsigned and impersonal, which feels out of step with the brand’s positioning and price point.

As a Goddess Circle member, I like the concept, but the benefits currently feel limited. It comes across more as paying in advance for future purchases rather than receiving enhanced service, communication, or a more elevated customer experience.

With recent price increases and the introduction of more upscale gemstone collections, I would expect a more robust and responsive customer service experience. That level of support would not only match the quality and positioning of the jewelry, but would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

I do hope the company addresses these issues, as the pieces themselves are meaningful and well-designed.

UPDATE : It is now the end of March a month and a half since my order and the notification that it was damaged. I am still waiting on missing pieces I've paid for, and I still continue to be charged for my membership which at this point is worthless given the complete lack of customer service!

Beautiful, unique, well made, and ethical jewellery - at a wonderful price. I have several items, which I love and frequently complimented on. Already looking forward to my next forever item - Highly recommended!

I’ve bought several pieces from Awe, and the design of all of them is beautiful. However the gold vermeil loses its luster with in a few years of even infrequent wear. It’s disappointing given the price. Will probably only buy their solid gold pieces in the future, but my budget is limited.

Awe has beautiful pieces and the craftsmanship is fantastic. Customer service is prompt, friendly and helpful.

Everything I have ordered from Awe Inspired has been so stunning in person and is of excellent quality—from the detailing in the jewelry to the beautiful illustrations in the tarot deck. I treasure all my pieces very much. The packaging is also beautiful and I could tell every order was packed with great care. Awe Inspired also has excellent customer service - they have always been very prompt, professional, and courteous. It is truly one of my favorite jewelry companies. The designs are so unique and exquisite.

I live in Alaska and I appreciate the fact that each order arrives in a timely manner.
The one time I needed to make an exchange, Awe made the process simple.

I ordered one piece of jewelry for my daughter at Christmas. They snuck a membership fee and are charging me $40 month. I have not been able to get hold of them and am have reported them to my credit card company. Do not buy from this company. If they rectify the situation and refund my money I will update this review.

Company has since refunded and hopefully cancelled my membership . Moving to a 3 star for now . Waiting on final confirmation of cancellation of membership .

I've ordered quite a few peices from Awe these past few years, and I've always had excellent customer service. They communicate frequently if items are backlogged and items ship well packaged. Prices have gone up, as we've seen obviously lots of price increases across the board, not just on metals. What I like most about Awe is the unique designs and stellar craftsmanship. Pieces are extremely well designed and are quite sturdy.
