Stop the corporate greed. An increase of over 130% on last year's quote despite no change in circumstances. When I called an AXA agent to find out the reason behind the hike they said it was down to inflation and the cost of living crisis. You guys are fueling the cost of living crisis!

Very good service and good customer service I would recommend it for family and friends

This is a joke of an insurance company firstly my van insurance was up for renewal so I was trying and trying to get through to them on the phone to discuss this but to no avail - the renewal price came in at a price I wasn't willing to pay having 15+ NCB on my car and a further 6 on my van , I eventually got through to them on the phone to be hung up on so I decided to call into the branch

The way I was spoken to by the branch manager was uncalled for as I was only asking a simple question i got embarrassed and left so I tried calling them again and was spoken to like a piece of dirt from another member of staff in the same branch - ill be canceling all policies - cars- van - home etc

Really unprofessional customer service. We rang to discuss an accident which resulted in our car being taken to a recovery yard. We enquired about moving the car in the days following the accident and were told no as it had to be looked at by one of their examiners. We didn't hear anything more from AXA and three months later we got a call from the recovery yard and a £3k bill. We rang AXA who were unbelievably unhelpful and rude, and would not accept they had a duty to pay the bill or keep us updated. It was a truly horrible experience - will never use them again.

They were underwriters for an endsleigh policy. Terrible service their assessors were a fight from the start didn't tell me they were buildings only sofa and some other furniture had flood damage from an uninsured adjacent house but assessor still looked and said to dump them axa would only pay cleaning costs. Alternative housing also not what you think had to live in tiny box room for 4 months while drying and repairs happening. Now I check who the underwriters are before taking out a policy

Axa NI are in breach of duty of care to customers.
Every policy they sell to customers they say all documents are available to view online at axa ni portal.
However most customers cannot access the website.
This being the case all customers should be emailed or posted their full policy details.

I had a car prang which necessitated a write off given cost to repair my car. I found the service, care and advice offered by AXA and their associated service providers to be absolutely first class. Just under s fortnight from accident to putting replacement car on road. Many thanks to all involved.

They are absolute criminals stay away from this company will try everything trick in the book not to pay out for your claim which wasn't your fault.

I can't change anything online at all. I have been with them for 11 years. This is sick
