Great company, and fantastic customer service. Great communication as well. I had ordered the giant Ferraro Roche brownie in the run up to Christmas. I can only imagine how overwhelming it can be and how busy it is in the run up to Christmas for small businesses. So I really appreciated that they took the time to reply to me when making enquires before I placed an order. Dispatch and delivery was great and my sister (who the brownie was for) loved it so much she asked where it was from cause it tasted so good. Would definitely order from again 👍

A friend ordered these for me as a surprise for my birthday. They never arrived. Despite many communications with the company, and being told they had sent another batch out (on numerous occasions), and on another occasion been told they were out for delivery, they are still no where to be seen 16 days later! Very disappointing. Would not recommend or use again.

i ordered some brownies for a work colleague. the selection was great. the web ordering was easy. the quality of the packaging and the brownies is first class.
i made a mistake during the order process and put the wrong delivery address in. i sent a message to them and the mistake was corrected before the product was shipped. Thank you Bad Brownie

Just received the bunny brownies they are delicious arrived quickly I also ordered a box as a present ,the recipient loved them. Would definitely recommend as a small treat.

I really rated bad brownies but last 3 orders have all been messed up! Not sure if they have grown to big and can’t cope but something has definitely changed.
On the last 3 orders every single one has had a delayed delivery - I’ve requested immediate dispatch but they have given a variety of excuses (mainly blaming me!) as to why this hasn’t been dispatched.
Really disappointing and their customer service is shocking - such a shame as the actual product is great.

I was given a box of Bad Brownies for Mothers Day. After consuming them throughout the day I woke with stomach cramps and have food poisoning from them!
When I think about it they have been posted to me in the hot sunny weather, the packaging isn’t airtight so it’s just a breeding ground for bacteria!
Feel awful.
Thanks Bad Brownie.. not want I needed when I’m looking after a 3 year old and a 6 month old and constantly having to go to the loo. Sadly I won’t be recommending for this reason

Very disappointed when I received my order. The three different flavours all tastes the same, they taste OK, but so does supermarket brownies

I brought a box of 16 brownies for my partner for valentines day..so disappointed... I had also sent a box to a family member when someone close to her had passed away to make them smile and what a disappointment they must have felt opening that box. I could bearly believe my eyes when I saw the size of them, really shocked, the box was all squashed and dented in one part of the squashed brownie was 1 cm thick and the thickest part was 2 cm thick. For a box of 16 I would have expected that to be 4 brownies. Not overly amazing taste wise. Cost a fortune. Avoid. I have fairly small hands and my hand fitted over the entire box.

The brownies are tasty, but my god are they small! For £20 it felt like a rip off - there are better value for money options out there.

Although nice, this was not good value for money. There are much better options and value both online and on the high street. To charge fir delivery on top of over priced brownies is very poor

Easy to order and reasonably priced. Arrived nicely wrapped and on time. The recipient loved them. Would definitely use again.

Loved the amazing Christmas variety boxes, the flavours were amazing.

Non-existent customer service. I've purchased 5 xmas brownie gift boxes, and had an issue with one of them. Emailed the company 13 days ago to look into the issue and to also order a replacement ASAP as it was a Xmas gift, but have not heard back since. I also sent 3 follow up emails and reached out on social media. This company is happy to take your money, but if there are any post sale issues, don't expect anyone to respond/care. I'll be requesting a refund via PayPal. I would not recommend Bad Brownie to anyone.

Bad Brownie's Black Forest Yule Log is amazing! It is exactly what it says, a brownie roll with a cherry filling and tastes as delicious as that sounds. My husband complains that it is too rich - but that just proves it is based on real Black Forest gateau!

It was very well wrapped and arrived in excellent condition. I will definitely continue to buy Bad Brownies.

Always a fan of Bad Brownie. They prove every time that vegan is flavourful. Also, I love the creative and beautiful combinations, plus the fact that they stay good in the freezer for 3 months is ace. Thank you, Bad Brownie! 😋
