Recently acquired an Apple Watch and wanted to buy some additional straps. After looking around on line I found Baker Bands and so very glad I did! Great choice, value for money and great customer service. Items arrived the day after ordering. I had a question on a strap and emailed the contact us and received a response the same day! I’m so pleased I’ve just placed another order for more straps as presents and another one for myself! I really recommend Bakers Bands

You can get the same quality on Temu for a lot less.
Suffice to say,I won’t be buying anymore from this company.

Products as pictured and had a generally smooth overall experience re a couple bands I purchased and while one had to return, a replacement/exchange was sooner than later on the way. Many thanks.

Fast polite customer service when I had a problem with a watch strap, replaced within three days.

I recently bought 4 replacement straps for my Apple Watch to have a variety to wear. I was really impressed with the company as well as the quality of the watch straps.
Two of the straps were metallic and I needed to take out links to make them smaller. For one of the straps, I bought the little gadget to remove the pins. It works well (once I realised the pins push out rather than unscrew).
On the other watch, I could not work out how to alter the size and unclasp the strap. I messaged the company and Gary replied and gave me a full explanation and even sent a specially made video to demonstrate. It was easy once I knew how!
So a big thank you for such a speedy and effective resolution to my query. I would happily buy from them again and recommend.

Band hasn't even arrived yet (so can't review that) but have to take issue with £3.25 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Post - (4-5 Working Days). When I calculate cost on Royal Mail site I could send same for £0.91. Rather obvious extra gouging going on here it seems.

Avoid this company if you expect any after-sales customer service.

The pin on the clasp of my Milanese Apple Watch strap fell out after less than two weeks making the strap unusable. I have now sent three emails requesting help and a replacement under warranty, and every single one has been ignored.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this watch strap is for my teenage son, who has medical issues and relies on wearing his Apple Watch. Having a reliable strap is important, so being left without any response has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

A simple acknowledgement or update would have been the bare minimum, but I’ve received absolutely nothing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bakers Bands. I will now be pursuing other avenues to resolve this matter and will happily update this review if the company eventually responds and puts things right.

First time using this company and will definitely be using it again! Excellent customer service, delivered on time and such good quality. Really happy, thank you!

I would like to know if, or when I will receive my order. It has allegedly been with Royal Mail for some days.
It’s the 18th now and not even a response.
I have just received the item . I’ve not yet fitted it but the quality appears to be good.
The business did respond to my email and I’m happy that they weren’t at fault, the delay appears to be down to Royal Mail.

Great service - kept informed throughout

Bought a new metal strap for my Apple Watch, very pleased with the quality and looks great. Thanks for the advice and help given to enable me to take a link out to get a perfect fit, without which I would probably have ruined the link trying to remove it! Would certainly recommend Bakers Bands to anyone.

I’m happy with my watch band. The colour is true to the photo and it was easy to fit onto my Apple Watch. Well packed, too.

I was looking for a silicone band that was lighter and cooler in the warmer weather and this band with holes is perfect. It feels really lightweight and soft. I love that it comes in a range of colours too.

The watch strap is what I wanted and delivery was fine.
