I was recommended to check out BathroomsByDesign before I committed to alternative options. It was the best advice I received. I received great advice on options for my bathroom from Chris when I visited the Richmond showroom. There was many options available in store which made making a decision much easier. The after sales support from Mohammad was second to none, he promptly replied to my requests and provided an excellent customer service.

I highly recommend for anyone to consider Bathroom By Design and to speak with Jacob Dean, who was extremely helpful and approachable on the bathroom design we wanted, about what our needs were, our budget and could work or not for a new bathroom in loft conversion. The Richmond showroom had many of the items on display and if it didn’t, Jacob was kind enough to find an alternative and adapt to what it may look like and even size for comfort. Finally, we were working directly onto a digital virtual platform which then can be downloaded onto their app and you can share your design in 3D to the contractor. Payment options were also fair based on their policy. I am definitely going again to do my first floor family bathroom & ground floor toilet. Thank you again Jacob!!!

Using them for 3 bathrooms and cloakroom.Poor communications, cancelling appointments an hour before meeting, told incorrect lead times promised, not a lot of thought going into design( just using previous arrangements) emails/ calls not answered , incorrect items sent and items damaged which then had to be continually chased up to be replaced.

Great design service and good quality products. Products can be sourced individually online cheaper, even after discount. But convenience for sourcing all from one supplier in one order can be an advantage. The problem is customer service and being able to speak to someone for missing parts/incorrect orders. Its nearly impossible. This is a massive inconvenience for helping a builder/plumber plan their time and work (something we all would like to see improve - and now we know why its so tough for the trade). A product is only as good as its service - so from my POV, 1*.

We needed a replacement for our Vado tap purchased 10 years ago from Bathrooms by Design. Mohammad contacted the company immediately, kept us up to date with their response and we received a brand new replacement tap free of charge 6 days after our initial enquiry. Mohammad could not have been more helpful.

Visited the Fulham showroom as well as virtual meetings and had a good experience throughout the design process. Tile selection was pretty limited but they stock good quality products (Bette baths, crosswater taps, as well as some brands that I'm pretty sure they manufacture themselves so watch out for that). Post-sale the experience got much worse. Ultimately half of of the products I ordered for my new bathroom weren't delivered on the agreed delivery date with no prior notification. I ended up with trades people on site without the ordered products to fit leading to the whole project being delayed and costing me significantly more as I had to pay for additional days of labour. Bathrooms by design were a nightmare to get hold of (especially the delivery/logistics team) often rude when I did manage to speak to them as they didn't take any responsibility for the delays and never followed through with the promise of a feedback/follow up chat to discuss the issues and provide appropriate compensation. The 3D design service is quite helpful but not worth it, you can get the same products and much better customer service (and probably better price...) elsewhere. Avoid if you can, really disappointing!

I highly recommend Bathroom by Design for anyone looking to create their dream bathroom. Rupert at the Brentford branch was absolutely exceptional and his customer service is just top class. He supported us designing three bathrooms during our house renovations and we cannot thank him enough. It was such a smooth process where we came with some ideas and Rupert was able to guide us and make great recommendations that we couldn't have thought about ourselves - we love the end result.

Stuart thank you so much for all your help and for being so accommodating with our requests even though it was long after our bathrooms were purchased. You have been so professional and helpful and always willing to provide excellent customer services. You have also been very easy to contact and made us feel at ease to reach out to you, which is very rare in the industry at the moment.

We are happy to let you know that our bathrooms are now fully complete and we cannot wait to use them!!

A very good and professional place. They sketch up your bathroom design in an app using your actual sizes and all the products that you choose. It was very useful. I could immerse myself into my future bathroom using a VR set that they provided. It also helped my builders to see what I am asking them to create. I had a few replacement asks and they have been dealt with smoothly and promptly. All the products were offered at the price lower than on the market. I checked each of them. Really pleased with my experience.

We installed 3 bathrooms and in general very good quality products including custom made shower trays and enclosures. Would recommend.

I am quite sceptical when it comes to the designs that companies provide but it came out exactly like it! I will be getting my en-suite done next year with these

I honestly can't fault my experience with Bathrooms By Design, it all started when I messaged online and spoke to a real person which assisted me throughout the process.

When I went into the Brentford showroom, I was amazed at the quality of displays which helped me no end in designing my bathroom.

They created such a bespoke design using VR software which really helped me visualizer the creation. I can't recommend them enough, I want to get another bathroom so I can use them again!

I have ordered 3 bathrooms now from the Richmond BBD Store. My experience for the two just ordered with one member of the team has not been good. The comments on other reviews totally resonate. What is making things worse is since my original feedback posted on here I have been asked to remove or edit my review 3 times as it appears the company are unhappy with my feedback. Design experience is usually good but it goes downhill from there. Wrong measurements used, items didn’t fit, delivery team can’t match items to the order at distribution time, so frequently items are not delivered on time, left off pallets, or items are duplicated. They require multiple chasers, no response to phone calls, which incidentally go via a central reception who don’t speak to the team, slow response to emails, delivery team not personable. My bathrooms look great but through no real hard work on their side, and all due to my design choices and my builders hard work. At best get them to design then walk away and spend nothing.

Chipped Basin and display piece was sent, white color ordered and received completely off white due to its age or being in display…Replacement ordered. Bad customer service, one person says, it will take some time to get the replacement, second person says, it’s in stock..nothing made sense...but it took its own time of weeks.!
Received after 8 weeks, WRONG ITEM/ Design and WRONG size which did not fit. Told them not required please take it back and refund for all this chaos and mess…they said they can refund £50; told them to keep it and don’t do any favours..! No remorse on any mistakes.
And it’s not they are cheap, not at all..!

Received different shade/ colour floor tiles of same lot, they said customer should check within 5 days if there is a problem…Builders will open the boxes when they will do the work, not just open it and check the colours ..!
And overall, a forgetful and bad experience.!

Not recommended.

Don't go anywhere near them. Two weeks after receiving an incomplete delivery my fitter onsite is still waiting for an essential part and meanwhile we have no bathroom. They sent the fitter the wrong design and designed a project that didn't comply with electrical safety regulations. Failed to spot obvious problems etc. I could say more, but overall very poor service.

The most incredible service. Ben in the fulham showroom went above and beyond to help us to create the best bathroom. And josh at the warehouse in Brentford was so polite and helpful.

We have worked with Nina at Bathrooms by Design on several bathroom projects and would not hesitate to recommend her. Nina is professional, organised, her customer service is excellent, and is a pleasure to work alongside. The designs and visuals that Nina creates are beautiful and functional, always very clear, and they pay attention to every detail. She’s extremely knowledgeable about bathroom layouts, products and the quality of different brands. Her advice and aesthetics always result in a beautiful bathroom. We really enjoy working with Nina and we look forward to working with her in the future

if there were an option to give them 0 stars, I would have done that. worst company to deal with. it's been over a year and they did not deliver my order in completely. customer service is rubbish and nobody wants to own anything in the company. never use this company.
