Speedy service; great product.
Speedy service, delivered on time. Great price for the product, however carriage was expensive (£60) as we had just hit the fuel crisis and it added 22% on to the cost of our order. However, we love our Axiom Formica splashback and it is admired by everyone. I would use and recommend this company in future.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/DELIVERY - DON'T BUY HERE
I ordered and paid for worktop that was discontinued by the manufacture (Sheridan worktops). Received a confirmation of purchase message together with the delivery date, seemed all fine until two days before the worktop was due I received a message saying the worktop was no longer available. Since this was a 'statement' worktop, the whole kitchen was designed around it, so this was catastrophic news. Long story short Sheridan offered an alternative that was not going to work and BBK said "sorry not our fault". I have asked a discount on a similar product and they offered a 'free delivery instead' which I paid £25. After a number of conversations over the phone and emails, they agree to give an extra £25 discount on each worktop (each one was £270) and free delivery, not good enough but I had no other option as I was now under time constrain (kitchen fitter needed the worktop). When I though the ordeal was over, I got the news that delivery was to the curb - meaning, that I need to find two strong people to carry the worktop upstairs (I live on the first floor flat), and these two people need to be available when they 'decide' to show up - what a joke. How can you offer a delivery of a 3 meter worktop weighting over 100kg like that?? Same as saying, here is your washing machine, you sort it out! Totally unacceptable. I ended up having to pay someone to be here, so delivery wasn't really free. Product was ok, hence the 2 starts, but the service was terrible. I understand that problems happen but what you do to fix them is what really matters. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
1ST CLASS
I cannot speak highly enough BBK they have excellent choice, quality and great prices, on the day of delivery I had to cancel due to road works in and around my house I was expecting problems but they just rescheduled delivery for the following week. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their customer service 2nd to none, thank you

Keep away from this company, had an email day before my delivery was told some of my order was out of stock and their supplier had only just told them, it would be at least 3 weeks before the rest would be delivered, told them to cancel the order and refund me, had to call 3 times to get a email confirmation of the order being cancelled, a week later still no refund was then told it takes 7-14 days, now day 14 and been told it’s 7-14 working days, I think the reviews on their website are made up, joke of a company, the one star review I left one their website has not appeared, it’s probably been deleted

Not happy with customer service nevermind product!
I've not even received my items yet and I'm already wishing I'd not ordered from this company.
After arranging a delivery day with me (telling me and it just so happened it was ok), I got a phone call only the day before advising they needed to cancel delivery as part of my order wasn't ready. I was understanding and agreeable, even saying it couldn't helped and let me know when they need to rearrange.
Fast forward only 36 hours ish and on a Friday while working and unable to answer my mobile phone, they'd attempted to call me to tell me they'd arranged me for a 7am drop off the next Monday!
Despite telling them this isn't suitable and giving them other days to choose from and telling them I'm physically unable to assist the driver (why they send one driver with such heavy items is beyond me) AND they'll not be able to park on my road at that time, they ignored me. Being told they'd tried to call me to arrange delivery and then reiterating I need to have physically able people to help and access to the property really wasn't helpful! If you're a company delivering such large items, why would you arrange delivery without having being able to speak with the customer!
Customer service is dire. Makes me very worried for the product I'm likely to receive next week.
Not bad for a company who couldn't fulfill its original order promise, had a customer advisor tell the customer they'd call next week to update and arrange delivery, as that's when they expect the items in stock and their website states some nonsense about delivery date and times being communicated so customers can 'plan their days better'. Don't make me laugh!
