Also the policy number given was very hard to understand difference between zero and letter O .
Each time I tried to enter policy number
kept stating incorrect number, eventually worked don't know how. Liked car insurance price

So far, so good
Decided to take out my insurance through the AA as it was the cheapest quote I had received.
The registration process was easy, payment was easy, and setting up the portal was easy.
However, I did have a few issues when I blobby the policy. When I first got the policy documents through, it turned out that my adress was wrong. Decided to ring up and get it changed, the staff on the phone were really helpful and extremely friendly. They informed me that the mistake was likely due to some sort of miss communication between the comparison site I bought the policy through, and themselves - these things happen.
The change was made instantly, I was sent my new details and documents within the hour, and it was all sorted straight away. I also had to change my payment date to a date that works for me. I was transferred to a lovely lady in the finance department, who helped me get this sorted straight away.
In terms of service from your staff, I have absolutely no complaints. 10/10 service.
I did also have a slight issue with the verification link I was sent. It took me days to complete, as every document I uploaded was declined. And it wouldn’t detect my face. By some sheer luck, I got it to finally work. That I would say needs some improvement.
Apart from that, so far I’m impressed.
