Can't take our new breakdown cover
You can renew or take our a new policy but you can't add on breakdown cover unless the other old cover ends. My insurance expires on the 28th June and my breakdown cover expires on 18th June. Even though my new policy now starts on the 29th they don't allow you to take out breakdown cover until after 18th June. At which point it will be more expensive. Staff seem to understand this on chat, but they aren't able to help.

Hey Nelson, your policy number would be in our welcome emails.
The password to open your docs is your date of birth followed by the postcode where the car is kept. For example, if you were born on 1st July 1982 and your postcode is RG21 4EA, your password would be 01071982rg214ae.

Idiotic proof of address system
I recently moved house. I don't have any bills or bank statements in my name. They refused to let me use my recently signed tenancy agreement as proof of address - when nothing could be better proof of address!
Rang them and they said that a tenancy agreement would be fine, and to submit it as a "bill" on the online system (as they don't have an option for tenancy agreement). It was rejected TWICE despite having all the information they had asked for.
