I'm 85years young but I found your website very difficult particularly with respect to setting up a password to open an account. I still don't if I will be able to open my account next time. I've also taken roadside recovery but I still don't know how this works or who I contact when I need. Telephone?

Gentleman was very helpful during the call. Was nice to actually speak to a person. As dont like doing things like this online

Easy to negotiate the website however not so easy to find my new policy on the app!

I phoned AA Beam as I have completed my insurance form online BUT when I was about to pay the premium of my car insurance I lost my connection so I phoned and ask to speak to a real person and waited for short time and I have spoken to a lovely staff who patiently corrected my details and assisted me to pat securely and completed my insurance renewal from BEAM AA insurance thank you for your help.

Need a replacement windscreen as mine cracked and was told can only use the "approved" glass company - Auto Windscreens - or would have to pay a £200 fee, on top of the £100 excess. This is a ploy increasingly used by insurers. When phoning AW it seems they need a week to come to my house to replace it, and at least 9 days if I want to go to one of their depots - which I can't anyway because the vehicle is too dangerous to drive. But at least THREE other glass companies can get here within 2 days. Seems like a bit of a scam to me: insist on me using one specific glass company, who then give out such a slow service compared to everyone else? This is a ploy increasingly used by insurers. I wonder how many people, desperate to get their cars back on the road, that just go elsewhere and pay the extra £200?

Easy to obtain quotes from various sources. Very competitive premium pricing without sacrificing cover options. Customer services quickly available via phone call to clarify details was easy, with the handler (Liam) being extremely helpful and very quickly providing updated options and pricing. Extremely satisfied with the product and set up.

A bit more expensive than I expected but just what I wanted thanks

During May I accepted this company's car insurance quotation. I requested postal delivery but only received the statement of fact and certificate. I attempted to retrieve all remaining docs on line. Despite innumerable attempts none of the email, post code, birthdate or policy number was accepted. I attempted a lengthy phone call wait without success. No email contact address so I wrote a letter of complaint to registered head office requesting contact with a human. Received email informing me that an investigation of complaint would take up to 8 weeks! Fortunately, I eventually cancelled the policy before it's commencement. One saving grace. The human operator, Dylan, complied with my wishes and was highly personable.

Once I waited 15 minutes on hold, with loud music, I had a very helpful and clear conversation with your call staff.
