Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Professional, efficient and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, everything was explained properly, and the level of customer care felt personal rather than scripted.What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free everything was handled — quick responses, professionalism and real attention to detail. Review zonder uitnodiging
Surprise arrangement fee of £28 means only 4 stars
The only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because I was a bit disappointed to discover that having selected you from the quotes I received via the comparison site I discover that a £28 arrangement fee was added. I wonder how many other providers of services would get away with this. Maybe the AA is using Ryanair as a business model.

I was looking for car insurance.
I was looking for car insurance after being with the same company for a few years which was quite a jump in price when looking online, BEAM from the AA came up on a comparison site for an excellent price. It was easy to complete all questions and get the paperwork through. For me who is at all tech savvy, this was brilliant, easy, and a great price for all I required. I would highly recommend anyone taking a look at BEAM from AA.

Sudden price increase
When my previous insurance came up for renewal, I went through the various comparison sites, got prices, and left it until mine was due to expire, only to find that the prices of all of them had gone up, for no apparent reason. Shady practice.
