Horrible Network, never could call my kids!

Service was not good had to change to other carrier since the watches were never connecting to the network and no call went through, 0 customer service to get money back since it was paid in full for 2 lines for 2 watches for a service that never worked.

Extremely easy to set up an inexpensive…

Extremely easy to set up an inexpensive cellular plan for my daughter (7) and coverage for her Apple Watch is fantastic too. Very rarely am I unable to contact her when I need to. These plans are a godsend when it comes to being able to keep tabs on my daughter via her Apple Watch, and the ability to stream music through the loudspeaker of the watch whilst she’s out riding her bike has turned out to be an unexpected major benefit - the Unlimited data is fantastic for this, limiting my worry of unexpected bills. When my one year plan comes to an end, I will 100% be renewing the plan.

Leider keine Verbindung auf Mauritius

Leider keine Verbindung auf Mauritius. Ich hoffe in Sri Lanka, Malaysia und Singapur funktioniert es.

UPDATE:
Auf Sri Lanka hatte man zwar Verbindung, aber es baute sich keine Seite auf.
In Malaysia und Singapur war die Verbindung und die Geschwindigkeit okay.
Insgesamt also teilweise durchwachsen, wobei die Probleme von der help line umgehend aufgenommen, aber nicht gelöst werden konnten

Nice to have but not super reliable

We use this watch for my 10 year old when she’s around the neighborhood with friends. Unfortunately, I’d say it doesn’t receive calls or messages about a third of the time. Sometimes she receives messages hours later. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s connected to our home network or not. Restarting the watch doesn’t help.

An alternative to carrying a phone

This is a very good service for a person who has no cellular phone. Most of the applications— weather, stocks, heart, exercise— work well. In Australia, this is a “best of breed” offering. The pricing is fair.

Great stand-alone Apple Watch cellular plan for family member. Able to have a cellular watch with its own number without having to add it to an existing mobile phone plan. Service drops out often

My daughter’s service is always dropping out. We can’t seem to contact her at key times using either the data or the mobile phone number. Suspect it’s because of the Vodafone network being substandard

À fuir !!

À fuir !!! Je me retrouve à avoir été prélevée de 78€ alors que j’ai demandé une résiliation de mon forfait pour la montre de mon fils depuis des mois . J’ai bien reçu une réponse que mon forfait était clôturer et à ma grande surprise ce matin, vous me prenez 78€ ??? Est-ce normal ?? Et est-ce normal de ne pas pouvoir vous joindre ?? Je engager des poursuites. Car c’est du vole .
