The garments are exceptionally well made and soft. Love the feel and shape. Trendy and comfortable. Will definitely buy more items.

I ordered a top and trousers in the jersey material and loved both. The trousers were a little bi so requested an exchange. I didn’t get confirmation on the shipping so emailed Beyond Nine and they were fantastic. Speedy responses and issue resolved in no time. I’m sorry others had a negative experience but I am really pleased with the quality of the clothing and the service I received so thank you.

Ordered from Ireland. 🇮🇪 Trousers don’t fit. Went to return the order and international orders are considered final- no returns. No where is this mentioned along the purchasing journey. Do not purchase from this company.

I have a brushed cotton jumper and trousers. On first wear they look ace very soft..admittedly very oversized. But I knew that (but my parents laughed at me !)

But sadly both garments quickly looked scruffy and out of shape so I really wear them as scruffs around the house which given the price was not the intention. The brushed cotton (I believe it is) also shows up so many marks. I am not a messy person (I've a white carpet for a start) but something about the material seems to mark so easily.

The quality of these clothes is terrible and the custoner service is even worse. Shoddy seams and thin material that tears and frays after just a few washes. I emailed over a month ago and had no response and have now returned both items by tracked delivery (which I had to pay for). I can see from the tracking that the return is received but have had zero acknowledgement and certainly no refund. Save yourself time and money by avoiding this company altogether.

Beyond Nine are one of my absolute favourite companies. Not only are their items gorgeous, you can see they’re beautifully designed with attention to detail. Also their Customer Service is again, one of the best experiences I have had (& they frequently go the extra mile to help). I can’t recommend the whole team & company enough ✨

My wife’s finger was cut open and left bleeding by a sharp shard of metal sticking out of one of the poppers of her Margot jumpsuit from Beyond Nine. We contacted the company with photos, and got a sorry, and were told that a replacement had been sent out and that we should send the faulty one back. The following week, wondering what had happened to the alleged replacement, we were told that they don’t have any left and offered a refund or alternative colour or style. My wife has bought many times from Beyond Nine, raved about their products, and has probably influenced many other sales for them. But this is probably the last time, given their attitude to a case of actual bodily harm caused by shoddy quality control. Shame on you, Beyond Nine.

The Esme and Mable light wash set is absolutely gorgeous and such a comfortable fit. I have received so many compliments and will be wearing it for the foreseeable.

I bought the Mabels in the stripes. The fabric was coarse and uncomfortable and they just didn't suit me (they use mostly similar shaped models - my fault for not noticing prior to ordering).

On top of this, return postage is not covered and really expensive which in itself would make me consider ordering again.

I wrote a similar review on the website and they didn't publish it, which seems dishonest. If you check, the lowest starred rating I could find was 3 stars. I actually have a second hand paid in a different fabric from Vinted and although I wanted to support a small business I won't be doing so again.

I bought a jumpsuit. I wore it twice, washed once, according to instruction. The material completely changed and stitching came undone.
I reached out twice via email, 3 times via Instagram, and nobody replied to me. The jumpsuit was so expensive and I expected much more- I certainly didn’t expect the non existent customer service. So disappointing.

Love the style and design but the quality doesn’t match unfortunately. The jogging bottoms “seat” terribly so they develop a really strange shape particularly at the knees. They are not at all tight on me and are a very oversized fit. Not what you would expect with a wide leg design and for the price point. The care instructions should have been a giveaway too… they advise spot cleaning rather than frequent washing!! Considering these clothes are designed and aimed at pregnancy and beyond this is not at all practical. They need to be laundered at 30 degrees otherwise they shrink. Also they need to be laundered to regain their original shape!!! Such a disappointment considering I purchased two coordinating sets plus extra trousers and top….

I have waited since August to order a jumpsuit. On three separate occasions I have been told the restock date and on three separate occasions they never restocked my size. I have a few items from them in my wardrobe and wear them often but it would be good if they improved the restocking system. Also beware if you need to return - it will cost you!

Wish I had read the reviews on here before buying. As the returns policy is terrible I bought a top for £69 and when it arrived the quality of the material wasn’t worth £69, the sizing was okay but couldn’t justify paying that much for a t shirt where the quality felt a lot cheaper.
The cheapest shipping option is £4.95 and to return I had to pay out of my pocket £8.50 as they say you have to send it tracked. In the refund I was only refunded the £69 so the whole process has left me £13.45 out of pocket. I’ve never had this experience returning an item with any other online retailer.
So avoid buying online unless you’ve tried the product on before and know exactly what you’re getting

Everything I have purchased is perfect. High quality, comfortable and still looks good after washing. Delivery is really fast, items come well packaged. Clothes are a little pricey, but well worth it. They will last a long time and will unlikely require replacing

I stumbled upon this brand, probably through a social media advert, & decided to try their denim jumpsuit. I’ve worn jumpsuits/boilersuits/dungarees for almost all my adult life and finding one as great as this one is actually really rare. The cut and weight of the fabric, the positioning of the pockets, the adjustable sizing - I could go on & on about how much I love it. Then I thought I’d try a ‘Milly’ jumpsuit in black - it’s a very simple design so I expected it to be a good, functional bit of everyday clothing for my wardrobe, something I can hide my lumps & bumps in, but not much more. But it was a LOT more. The quality of the fabric (it’s thick t-shirt material, so I don’t know how this can be true) just feels expensive & ‘luxury’ - so this casual playsuit that looks so great with trainers & cardi (& is insanely comfortable AND flattering) also looks sexy & stylish with a minimal bit of up-styling - I am seriously not someone who knows how to turn a day outfit into a going out outfit, but this brilliantly designed bit of clothing does all the work for you - God, I love it. Having read some of the reviews on here just now, I can say that the clothes are expensive, yes, that is true. My income is low - but I am happier paying an occasional premium price for something that makes me look and feel good, that is incredibly comfortable to wear and that will last - not just from a hard-wearing point of view, but from a classic style point of view as well.

I HAVE reluctantly had to return things (because of my body shape not suiting one of their designs, cant win ‘em all!) and it did cost a lot to do it - this is the only area that is problematic for me - but my experience of the team at Beyond Nine is that I believe they wouldn’t be doing it that way if it wasn’t for a good & reasonable reason. It stings to have to pay money towards expensive postage when you’re not actually keeping the garments, but it CERTAINLY won’t put me off buying their glorious clothes!

I’ve discovered that there really is something special about Beyond Nine, there’s real thought behind everything. The quality of the fabric they use, the consideration that goes into the designs and my experience of their customer service is a truly joyful one - they’re such a personable and helpful team – it’s almost like the good old days when companies actually cared about their customers! I am a big fan, they’ve totally proved their worth as far as I’m concerned, their clothes make me feel good about myself & give me a big confidence boost when I wear them - they’ve got a happy and very loyal customer in me.

Items were beautiful but too big. I returned the items but encountered difficulty with Royal Mail delivering the tracked return on time. I was very grateful for the excellent and prompt support and resolution from beyond nine. As a result, I would purchase from them again.

Great brand. I have so many of their pieces. Recently bought the black denim coverall and the quality is great as usual. Fit is perfect (went for my usual Beyond Nine size) - providing the sizes of the models on the website and doing try ons on Instagram with different size models is really helpful.

Paid £300 for two jumpsuits. Ordered a size S which is still really big and I’m 6 weeks postpartum so still on the bigger side. Their sizing definitely isn’t accurate.
I checked the returns procedure to find you have to pay for returns postage. The two jumpsuits are very heavy in weight so will cost a lot of money and on other reviews you need to ensure it is tracked as the warehouse tends to lose the item so will cost even more. Not what I would expect from a company with items as expensive as theirs. Basically I’ve just paid to try on and return two items which aren’t suitable. Really do like the clothing but won’t be purchasing in future as you can’t guarantee the normal size you take will fit and you’re out of pocket paying to return the item.

As with most maternity clothing, items are best tried on before purchase. The sizing and measurements provided online and by the customer service team just don’t match the reality.

The returns process involves paying for a tracked and insured service, which means that postal charges come to around £14-15 for an item you return.

Alice offered a swift refund having received my item and kindly offered the original postal charge but it wouldn’t inspire me to buy again.

£10 to effectively try on and return an item of clothing (for a group of women who have changed shape and aren’t usually sure what size they are from store to store) isn’t an affordable or sustainable approach for the consumer
