I bought the Sylvie Cupro trousers in black just before the heatwave and they were a Godsend. Beautiful fabric, soft as silk and the style is gorgeous; tailored but still comfy and stylish. You can dress them up or down. I wore them into London on the hottest day of the year and they were brilliant. Can't wait to style them for Autumn now. I'm nearly 2 years post partum after a c section and they are so flattering on my new bodyshape. Would strongly recommend.

Was really excited to receive my jumpsuit, however when it didn't fit (I actually got stuck in it) I made the decision to return it.

I was horrified to discover that not only do you have to pay for postage to get the item delivered, but also to get it returned.

I liaised with Alice at Beyond Nine who was really helpful and arranged for a refund of my initial postage and packaging.

I initially gave this company a 1* review, however due to the quality of their customer service I have reconsidered this.

I am sad about the jumpsuit, it felt and looked like good quality clothing.

Would recommend.

Poor returns policy -ordered a jumpsuit that I'd been on the waitlist for since pregnancy, was assured it will still fit a post pregnancy body which was not true - I'm currently size 14 and ordered a small which was still huge around the middle. Had to cover postage despite the product costing nearly £100, and now realise I have to pay to return it too so I'll now have to go queue at the post office to send. A total waste of £12 on postage...

I feel lucky to have a number of beyond nine items, from jumpsuits to shorts and lots of linen trousers. The quality and cut of these items is always to the highest standard and as well as being environmentally conscious they also pay their workers fair wages. Couldn't love them more. Two babies and many body changes later they're still my favourite brand.

Please be aware this company seem to have major issues with their warehouse/ returns. When the products vary so much in size, you need a reliable returns process. I returned a jumpsuit over a month ago, I misplaced my post office receipt and they say the warehouse never received it, so denied me a refund. My mum had the same issue with them just last week. She emailed customer service, they said the warehouse hadn’t received her return either, but she still had her postal receipt so could prove the item had arrived back at the warehouse. With this and other reviews I’ve seen in mind, I think my return did arrive back at their warehouse but has been lost. It’s disappointing as I have spent hundreds of pounds with beyond nine over recent months, and love their products, but this will make me very wary about ordering again.

I ordered the wrong size and asked for a different size to be sent, my order was amended and the correct size sent to me despite a fast dispatch process. Very helpful customer service from Sally and the Poppy jumpsuits are excellent quality

I've never had to pay for postage and returns for items of this price point. Then having to pay for Recorded Delivery for the returns due to value of the items.
Seems unfair particularly as the sizes vary so much between products.
Taints the experience of an already expensive items when having to pay for postage and returns.

Returns postage aren’t prepaid, which is unusual but fine, then when I returned something they claim not to have received it so no refund for the £70 PJs sent back. Having a look at other reviews, that seems to be a common theme so beware when returning!

My wife ordered a jumpsuit in her usual size, tried it on once, found it was far to big. Returned it because it unusable. Was told they found marks on it and the only accept pristine unworn returns. Refused a refund or a replacement. Then stated they would be donating the jumpsuit to charity. We are expecting our fourth child we aren't a wealthy family. I would expect a more professional and reasonable response from a company claiming to be for mothers.

Amazing brand! I've got two of their jumpsuits and I'm basically not wearing anything else. Super comfy, beatiful and contemporary designs, sustainably made and a great customer service, highly recommend!

Gorgeous dungarees - super comfortable. There was an issue with my parcel (royal mail's fault not Beyond Nine) and the customer service was very quick, understanding and delivered a replacement with 2-day delivery. I am wearing them right now, like I did the last four days...
