Won item. Order cancelled because they could not fulfill order. Do not have postings that cannot be fulfilled.

Got a great watch at an amazing price here! If you’re patient and set your limit there’s always another one being posted after you lost one! Quick delivery too!!!

I would give 5 stars but a small tweak is needed- Include the size of the ring in the description on bids in process. (not just on the main page) I ended up getting a ring that was larger than I thought it was because i couldn't tell what size it was once I bid on it.

However, I hardly ever get a response when I email...so I don't even know if the messages are getting through.

Bids.com appears to be going out of business. I purchased a Diamond & Ruby Necklace that was not up to the quality I have become to expect over the past 3 or 4 years. I have called their customer service on the same day I received the necklace, department 4 times and left messages with not one answer or returned call. I have tried to request a RMA on line thru their web site and it will not accept my order number so I cannot request a RMA that way either. Are they going out of business? When you go to 'bids.com' you get a different company.

I have always been satisfied with the items I've purchased from bids.com. I have taken the jewellery in to be tested and appraised and it is all real and valued at the same or more than purchase price. Will shop the site again.

Won three items at a very substantial discount (if the merchandise is authentic). I purchased all three and they unfulfilled ALL THREE orders stating the following for ALL THREE...Following was copied and pasted from the email received from Bids.com:

Order BIDS1*** was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded .

However, they did refund my accounts promptly... ONE star company for that! ZERO star company for business practices!!!

Chris is thinking of BIDZ NOT BIDS BECAUSE BIDS JUST OPENED AT THE END OF NOV. SO HOW CAN IT BE THAT HE IS WAITING FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS FROM A DELIVERY FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS NOT BEEN OPEN FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS YES SO HE IS VERY MISTAKEN GET THE FACTS CORRECT BEFORE YOU WRIGHT BAD REVIEWS ON THE WRONG COMPANY.

Still waiting for items. It’s been close to two months and nothing. Although my credit card was billed almost immediately. I’m about to dispute the billing through my credit card company for goods/services not received. I will not use this site in the future.

Got a great deal on some uncut currency. Received my order. No problems.

It was good over all, just took a couple months to get my stuff.

I have been using Bids service since the beginning and I am satisfied with their site.

It is the first time i truly did enjoy the bidding experience. I do see now that sometimes the same item can sell for more or less depending upon the time of day bidders may be online. Perhaps again in the future now. Thank you.
