Decent company, but the time of dispatch orders are often not implemented.The goods correspond to the description on the website Bidz.

I won and paid for an auction 5/23 but still hadn't received it on 7/13 even though the website says that items are shipped within 3 days. I emailed customer service and didn't receive any direct response from them even though they finally did ship my item to me. There was never any follow up from them as to why I didn't get my item immediately or with any reason for the delay in sending it out.

Customer service addressed my issues promptly and responded quickly. Very happy with the site. CUDOS!!!

IT HAS BEEN MONTHS IN WHICH I PURCHASED PRODUCTS AND TO WHICH TRACKING NUMBERS WERE ASSIGNED SO BIDS CAN SEE I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND TO DATE NO ACTION. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MANY ITEMS AND I HAVE REQUESTED FOR BIDS TO RESHIP VIA FED EX IN ORDER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND NO ONE IS FIXING THIS PROBLEM . IT IS OVER 3 MONTHS AND I CANNOT GET THE ITEMS I PURCHASED. DISGUSTING

I won a US$1 uncut sheet of 5 notes but I have reservations about the bidding for the higher value uncut sheets. Auction ID: 258083801 I have observed ending at $1.70 was for US$10 uncut sheet of 4 notes. I did not bid but observed instead. At 20 bid intervals when the bidding was at 0.80 and at 1.20 and 1.40 I observed the two bidders changing usernames at exactly the same time. The two previous usernames will drop off after two bids at 1.22 and 1.42 for example. The auction ending at 1.70 was too neat. Bid bots I have suspected for some time. Bids will deny this but there is a pattern if you observe closely enough.

You really can buy stuff with your free bids!!!

In general, service has been good. 1 item was not delivered timely. Packaging of currency sometimes the postal service bends so notes are curled abit.

A person can lose just to much money before he or she is aware of it! I spent more than $500 in know time, plus without much to show for my money!

There must be some changes in the game for it to make it more worthwhile to play!

Fun to bid. Nice to win. Won several small ones without costing much.

Totally done with this cheating site, wasted 353 bids on a 300 item that went for 26.17, when items costing over a 1400 went for 1.42

There was a reserve of 9.00 that one name reached virtually by themselves, once the reserve was reached that name dropped out and the bidding started with different names including me,names changed apart from 1 other one and me, soon as i dropped out that name did as well and 1 of the new names that had come in won straight away.

So yes its rigged and its not the first time i noticed it.
