Biffi Boutiques was founded in the second half of the ‘60s by the two sisters Rosy and Adele Biffi, who established the first two clothing boutiques in Milan. Thanks to their talent and their eye for fashion, the two sisters contributed significantly in consolidating the international prestige of the name Biffi, as well as reinforcing the success and evolution of the company through the constant contribution of other family members and external expert collaborators. Today, the Biffi Group consists of five stores (Biffi Boutiques, Banner, and Biffi B-Contemporary in Milan, and Biffi Boutiques in Bergamo) and the e-commerce channel Biffi.com. From the inception till today, the Biffi family believed in and brought into the boutiques various names of young creatives and designers, names that represent the style of luxury contemporary fashion today.

Ordered a fendi bag with express delivery (2 days). Didn’t show up after 4 days, so emailed and enquired. They cancelled the order and issued a refund with no explanation.

Ho acquistato una scarpa numero 38 e mi è arrivato un 37, ho fatto il reso e ordinato un'altra volta la stessa scarpa, e mi è stata spedita per la seconda volta una scarpa numero 37 invece che 38. ora dovrei fare un secondo reso ed un terzo ordine per avere (se è vero) la scarpa giusta, ordinata due settimane fa. nel mentre i soldi pagati per i primi arriveranno, se tutto va bene, tra 14 giorni. IO NON HO PAROLE

Ci sono stati un po’ di disguidi con il reso perchè avevo sbagliato numero ma l’articolo è stato spedito subito ed era ok. Infatti ho comprato un altro numero sempre da loro.

I ordered an expensive coat and all was good until it got held in customs coming into the UK. Absolutely no help from customer services by web chat or email. I must have been mailed them over 20 times asking them to sort it out and got no help what so ever. In the end I tracked it down in customs and sorted it out myself after three weeks of total frustration.
No apology, no discount for late delivery, nothing…
Don’t bother shopping here find somewhere else.

great site but the way addresses get processed by their system are not compatible with American delivery companies. choose the pick up option, don't get it delivered to ur address.

Super fast, amazing quality, new favourite online store

Wow! Wow! Wow! Firstly 15% off as a new customer for a lambs wool Stone Island jumper, it is stunning on my hubby! The fastest delivery I have ever known from outside the UK, it only took 2 days from the store in Italy. Very impressed with the quality of the goods and speed of the delivery. Amazing all round. Don’t hesitate - fantastic customer service

Thank you to other Trust Pilot users for reassuring me about this site. I ordered only yesterday and my goods are on their way. I want to let people know how great my experience has been in 24 hours. I ordered a handbag and got 15% off and free shipping which made it much cheaper than Selfridges. Due to my own fault I had to contact Biffi as I had typed my email address wrong. I emailed and they replied within a few hours saying that they couldn’t change it but attached all the details of the tracking so I knew that my bag was on its way. I then panicked as I thought I would have to pay customs duty as it was coming from Italy. Checked and Giorgia in customer service replied straight away confirming that Biffi are a DDP so cover all costs. This is great as usually VAT is payable at 20% if over £135 in the UK. I will update this review if there is any issue with my delivery but I have to say that the service so far has been superb and I would highly recommend Biffi for anything designer (especially if out of stock in the UK). Exceptional customer service and very polite.
