Biffi Boutiques was founded in the second half of the ‘60s by the two sisters Rosy and Adele Biffi, who established the first two clothing boutiques in Milan. Thanks to their talent and their eye for fashion, the two sisters contributed significantly in consolidating the international prestige of the name Biffi, as well as reinforcing the success and evolution of the company through the constant contribution of other family members and external expert collaborators. Today, the Biffi Group consists of five stores (Biffi Boutiques, Banner, and Biffi B-Contemporary in Milan, and Biffi Boutiques in Bergamo) and the e-commerce channel Biffi.com. From the inception till today, the Biffi family believed in and brought into the boutiques various names of young creatives and designers, names that represent the style of luxury contemporary fashion today.

Brilliant service!
Can’t stress enough how glad I am to have found this gem of a website! I ordered an item on Sunday and it came on Wednesday, could have been sooner if it wasn’t for UPS’ small delay. Biffi shipped the item out on Monday and was quick to be of assistance when I hadn’t gotten the tracking on Tuesday. They also had the bag that’s literally sold out everywhere else and the price is much lower as well. Love this place!

Good first experience!
First time i bought from this vendor, when they luckily had a pair of trainers that I have been looking for to replace a pair I got few years ago. Not only did they have it but they had it at a substantially cheaper than Harrods or brand's own e-shop. Yes, they had just than one pair, that happened to be my size, so I was lucky, but not only did they provide good customer service (they have been fantastic when I wrote them about tracking system not updating info, and they were very responsive), Biffi also use one of the better couriers here in London, UPS. The goods arrived beautifully packaged, with all the requisite of the attributes of the designer in question included

Totally trustworthy shop
I didn't know Biffi before and was a bit unsure because they offer branded items at fair prices. I dared and am pleasantly surprised! I ordered Fendi ankle boots. Ordered on Sunday, they were there on Tuesday. The items are original and in perfect condition. i will definitely buy at Biffi again.

Excellent all round. I stumbled upon this website whilst searching for a Fendi bag, and had already searched the usual high end online retailers. I'm always a bit dubious when I find a new online retailer, but a bit of research confirmed that this was a genuine retailer with several high end boutiques in Italy. They had a fantastic price on the bag I wanted. Purchase was easy and item arrived within 24hrs. I actually decided not to keep the bag as it wasn't quite the colour I wanted. The return was picked up by DHL the same day that I emailed Biffi to say I wanted to return the item, and unbelievably I received an email the next day to say the return had been processed. There are a lot of online retailers who could learn a lot from Biffi. I will DEFINITELY shop with you again.

Die Ware war ist in einem einwandfreiem Zustand, 100% Original, zusätzlich war das Päckchen noch in Seidenpapier eingewickelt und wirkte dadurch noch Mal hochwertiger.
