bigbearpromo.co.uk Reviews

From my first contact with Shay Kanabar I found Big Bear Promotions easy to deal with. Shay lead me through the process with patience, knowledge and expertise. I am delighted with the branded glasses for our cricket club, to avoid glass on the grounds. Would recommend

Very quick and easy! Had a great customer service experience with Callum, who was very helpful!

We're very happy with our foldable carrier bags! Callum was very helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our emails quickly and made the whole process run smoothly. The print on our bags is nice and sharp. We'd definitely use Big Bear Promo again.

Great experience as a first-time customer. Tyler was very responsive and helpful. Will be ordering from you again!

We regularly use Big Bear Promo to order branded merchandise and are always impressed with the quality of the products and service - Callum is always friendly, super helpful and responds very quickly - thank you!

Excellent service and support from Callum on a really quick turnaround for some branded merch. Quick to respond and worked with me to shorten the lead time to make sure we had what we needed comfortably by the date we needed it. Would definitely use again.

We recently used this company for the first time and it won’t be the last! From the very beginning the service we received from Tyler was second to none. He did not have the bag we wanted in stock but took it upon himself to source another similar bag and emailed me the details out of the blue. I was surprised and very impressed and ended up ordering the bag he had sourced for us. Our graphics were checked and the bags arrived a few days later. Perfect!

I worked with Tyler on my project. He was quick to respond to my requests for information and implement changes, making for a most efficient realisation.
Thank you.

Fantastic customer service. Ross was so helpful and quick to reply throughout the order enquiry and made the whole process easy and quick. We were on a tight timeframe and a lot of suppliers won't ship to us here NI - so we were delighted when the order arrived so quickly - and the quality is brilliant. We will definitely be back - thanks Ross!

I needed to source a bespoke books, Ross Robinson was amazing in sending a free sample, supporting me with getting the right graphics. in general nothing was too much trouble for him. The bespoke books arrived within days, are perfect and look like a very high end product but the price point was very reasonable.

Bigbearpromo really saved the day for us as we had an order cancelled somewhere else with no replacement and only days until event. Luci Sweeney was extremely helpful in turning things around for us in record speed, clear communications, great advice and excellent products delivered on schedule. Great service!

This was so quick. It came in less than 3 days. The product was exactly as the photograph. I am impressed.

Worked with Callum who was great. Super thorough, quick and responsive. Flagged any issues, would work with again 100%

Ordered bucket hats for an event! From initial contact with Callum to receiving the order, everything was super easy. We have additional branded orders to make and will have no hesitation to make these through Callum at Big Bear Promo.

Took a little longer than expected to get the design finalised, but Tyler was really helpful and once sorted my order arrived over a week before I expected it. Very happy with quality and product over all
