bigbearpromo.co.uk Reviews

This Girl Does Sport recommends Big Bear Promo. Ross dealt with our needs efficiently and provided us with exactly what we asked for. Professional from start to finish, with clear communication throughout the whole process. The quality of the items was excellent and we’re very happy with the service we received. We’ll definitely continue to use Ross & Big Bear Promo in the future.

Shay Kanabar was really helpful during the order process. His communication was great and service was prompt!

Ross has always provided excellent support when working with Big Bear Promo. He responds promptly, is professional and friendly, and has great product knowledge. He always makes the ordering process as smooth and easy as possible.

We ordered some customised items via big bear promo for a business activation/launch. We had indicated the approximate time frame we would need this for and were reassured this would be no issue, and also expected this to be fine as the lead time on the website was well within the lead time.
The order was then confirmed to be scheduled for delivery much later than originally expected - only after I had chased for updates. I was reassured this revised date would be improved upon, and then never heard back (the person was on holiday and there was clearly no handover). I continued to chase and was then confirmed the new date (6th May, still around 2 weeks after we had expected delivery) would be the best that they could do.
I then discovered (after again chasing, this time for the tracking information) that it was scheduled for delivery on 8th of May - a further delay with no explanation nor proactive communcations.

Extremely poor service, not proactive, and there delivery time frames on their website are completely misleading. This is also by their own admission - given their awareness that these are not accurate, it is quite shocking that they have not decided to simply update them.

Would not recommend.

Great turn around time, good price and service from Tyler Sheppard. Ordered branded name badges in bamboo and very happy with the quality

Callum Burton was excellent from start to finish. Super fast communication, artwork and approval with no issues. I read the reviews online before I contacted Big Bear Promo and not only would I use again but would recommend. I cannot wait for my order to arrive!

Quick, responsive and a great product. Andrew James made the whole process really easy and his communication throughout the order was faultless. Would highly recommend.

So fast to respond, helpful and friendly. Thank you Callum!

This company had products that I couldn't find anywhere else. The proof and order process was very straightforward and Andrew James, my customer service rep, was great and very attentive.

Tyler Sheppard was our point of contact. Brilliant young man. Did everything he said he would, when he said he'd do it. Was understanding of our needs and very much worked with us to help get the right outcome. Honestly, I wish more companies had people like Tyler and I'm looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

Had a brilliant experience sourcing branded sunglasses through Callum Burton and would highly recommend! From first contact, Callum was friendly, approachable and really easy to deal with. Response times were excellent any questions I had were answered quickly. He really went out of his way to provide thorough, detailed information throughout the whole process. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish and I'll definitely be going back.

I Emailed Callum Burton for a re-order of some printed promotional items from 2025. He was very quick to respond and items were confirmed the next day. Happy with Callum's service and quality of the products

We urgently needed some travel sweet tins for a show we were doing and we got fantastic service from Ross Robinson. We gave him a 1 week lead time and received the items within 3 days. We definitely will be using again as the service we received was amazing. The quality of the product was fantastic and went down a treat!

Amazing experience with Callum from Big Bear Promo! So efficient and responsive and smooth ordering place. Will 100% be back.
