Birchwood Ford Transit Centre - absolute disgusting service. Sent away a one month old vehicle with a known brake fault, without any care or responsibility. Avoid at all costs, as when you instigate a complaint, management deny all knowledge of receiving correspondence, despite receiving an acknowledgement saying that the correspondence had been received and somebody will be in touch, yet they still maintain they did not receive it? The worst customer service, that I have ever received.

Went to view cars at Kia Birchwood Washington. I was greeted by Matthew Hemingway who explained everything about the car, I took the car on a test drive and loved it. We sat down to do all the paperwork and agree a price. Matthew could not have done anymore, it was a very smooth transaction. He followed up the visit with emails to keep me up to date. When I returned to collect the car, Matthew explained the controls and set up my phone to the Bluetooth. This is my second purchase from Birchwood and I would 100% recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you Matthew.

Tristan was very patient,friendly and helpful.Listened to what we required and sourced the vehicle to match.

The only negative was that the car had 2 very small chips on the rear doors, Tristan arranged for some top up paint, problem now resolved.However, I would have expected these to have been "touched up" by SLM before the handover.

After a very bad experience with our local Kia Dealership in Coulsdon we visited Kia Washington and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised.
