I can't believe something so vital has been outsourced to a company that produces such terrible online services. It's honestly laughable how poor this system is. It barely works. The software is practically unusable and feels more like a scam site than an official visa portal for Spain.
Where is the QA here? It's just pure trash, and unfortunately there’s no other option.

Absolutely terrible experience with BLS International. There is zero professionalism, appointment timings mean nothing to them. Staff are disorganized and careless, and the whole process is frustrating from start to finish. Disgusting service. avoid if you can.
I have been trying for several months…
I have been trying for several months to secure an appointment for a visa at the Chicago office. There are NEVER any open appointment slots. I attempted to use the chat feature to discuss the issue with someone, and the feature just sends me back to the beginning or reads "null." There is no way to reach an agent for help.
I have now sent three emails, each one week apart, requesting assistance, and all three emails have gone unanswered.
Just now I submitted a ticket for assistance, and upon completion I was sent to a blank white page. No confirmation email, no message stating whether or not my inquiry has been received, nothing.
I even reached out directly to the Consulate, and rather than forward my email to the correct department, I received a response saying to email a different address. This was a week ago, and still no response.
This is absolute insanity.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My husband and daughter both applied for a Spanish visa. There were no normal appointments so they chose premium. The lady who processed the papers was really rude, which I cannot understand as you are dealing with the public so at the very least have some interpersonal skills. Anyway the fee was £446 in total. The passports arrived today with only one month validity. What kind of service is this? It is absolutely disgusting. If you need a schengen visa , I advise you to not use BLS Spain. They are robbing you blind.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I had to call three days regularly regarding same inquiry after that they did something. These people are so annoying or weird . They excuse sorry, we were so busy but that’s not good answer or giving good customer service. I heard most of the people didn’t like this agency. Also they charge money a lot of the application.

Absolutely diabolical service
Absolutely diabolical service. They made us wait nearly 3 months. The receipt reference number given to us was wrong. After 2 months calling and emailing back and forth just found out the correct reference number and learned they just made up an email address and completely ignored correct info that we filled in, in the application form. As a result we never received any email asking us for additional documents which apparently they sent and after 3 months the visa application was refused. Never ever use BLS. It’s BS!
Trained to drive you mad
Staff trained to drive you mad—ignorant and rude. After eight months of waiting to apply for a visa for my five-year-old daughter, they refused to accept my documents, claiming I was missing a form. They told me to come back a month later, but since they never gave me an appointment, I couldn’t submit the application. My daughter has lost yet another year of her life waiting to be able to travel with her mother.

It’s been 4 weeks since I applied. Missed my flights, on top of it, still holding my passport. Nothing I haven’t tried! The worse, I repeat, the worse!!
I have been trying to book an appointment for over 5 months with no slot available
I have been trying to book an appointment for my wife now for nearly 5 months and everytime we go on the website to book an appointment, we get the same message that say 'no booking slot available.' For over 5 MONTHS!!! This company is just terrible, their service is absolutely frustrating. My wife was meant to come to see me in Spain, she is travelling from Morocco and although the BLS website states that no appoitment booking should be made with third parties because they scam you and charge you alomost 500 euros. However, the only way I can get an appointment is by going to the third parties because whenever we try to book an appointment online, there is never a slot available. BLS are very much a culprit in this corruption as this issue as being going for years and yet they never seems to find a solution to it.

I am losing the will to live dealing with this company. The most cumbersome website I have ever encountered and not fit for purpose.
We applied for a visa for a visit to Spain 6 months ago and still do not have it. They rarely, if ever, reply to emails or telephone calls.
TO BE FAIR, WITH THE THREAT OF LEGAL ACTION, BLS INTERNATIONAL ACTUALLY REFUNDED THE FEES WE PAID IN FULL AS THEY ACCEPTED THAT THEY HAD COMPLETELY SCREWED UP OUR APPLICATION BUT, AGAIN, ARE PROVING TO BE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!
BLS International? IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THIS REVIEW IS EVER REVIEWED BY SOMEONE AT THE SPANISH CONSULATE...PLEASE, PLEASE SWITCH COMPANIES. LIFE IS TOO SHORT!

BLS , You need to stop scamming people . You are playing with people’s money , people’s emotions and people’s time . This is not acceptable. Your staff miss guiding people they are the most worst staff for their job and just repeating the same record don’t no how to answer anything else than the same record they say . They need to be more knowledgeable to answer customers questions than the repeating the same records . Also it’s been 5 weeks for my tourist visa . Still not giving me proper update and holding my passport . I’ve applied on 29th of August and took my annual leave from work and was counting to go on holiday . my flight is today and I’m losing all my hard work money . BLS totally sucks - get ready to spend weeks trying to get this done.
Totally sucks.
Website keeps going down. Even when it is up its doesn't work (you generally just get part way through and then no response - won't load the next page, payment5, whatever)
Plus it's almost impossible to get an appointment.
Spain should fire BLS and get a service provider that is competent (i.e. not someone's Spanish brother or cousin)
