Very bad service
Very bad service. I had my and my brother's visa applied through spain embassy in manchester. Since then there is no response and nobody is helping I needed my passport urgently tomorrow but nobody is replying or helping. we went there on 20 aug and since then it has been 3 weeks i don't how much more time a#nd we have all the hotel and flights booked.

Disorganised and confused
Attended the Manchester branch for a student visa for Spain. For my first initial appointment, I was spoken to with a tone of such a stain that I felt like crying after walking out the worker said that I didn’t have the sufficient documents and when approved she provided me with a checklist that wasn’t available from the website. After much research it turns out that this checklist that she provided me with the contained all the necessary documents was in fact two years old and if I had followed the instructions that she had given me, I would’ve wasted a lot of money with an insufficient application. There seems to be a general error of confusion Within the workplace which shouldn’t be expected of an institution that charges extortionate fees and is responsible for legal visas

Spanish Visa application Centre BLS International is the worst company which process the Visa for Spain staff is very rude no cooperation with the people abusing language and not giving proper information to the people and they have no respect for any human. As infront of us one chinese lady was asking for help , the staff said to her "get out just go home " even with us his behaviour was too rude. As We can spend money but we can't sell our own self respect. For a sec i was feeling like call 999 as his behaviour trigger me so bad. It's not acceptable how the staff behavior like we all are homeless come here for begging food . We just left as he offer as to pay 100 pound for per head then he can help us otherwise go home.
Request to the owner please check your staff how they treat how come for visa application.
We even not submit our visa application. He mention he is the manager but if there behaviour make people cry whatever u mention that's not matching with uk rule for customers. Next time if his or other staff behaviour are same like yesterday ,I will personally call police for help.

BLS Manchester absolute scammers
ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS AND CORRUPT BLS MANCHESTER. FIRST THEY PUT MANDATORY CHARGES FOR SERVICES WHICH ARE OPTIONAL LIKE SMS SERVICE, PHOTO(even if your photo is correct they will still put mandatory charges), extra 30 gbp for passport delivery (despite you live nearby and can collect by yourself). they are the biggest scammers and avoid them at all cost

After reading all the really shocking reviews for BLS Manchester i was dreading my appointment there today. However, it couldn't have been better! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I arrived quite early and expected that I'd be waiting for ages...nope, I was called to the desk after only 10 minutes. All my paperwork was in order so the process was really quick, the lady helping was very nice, we were chatting about how excited I am to be submitting my nlv application. I then went to get my photo done, I was seen straight away and the lady at this desk was also very friendly. Honestly, I had such a great experience at BLS Manchester today...now the waiting game begins 🙏

CORRUPTED AS ALWAYS One of the worst…
CORRUPTED AS ALWAYS One of the worst services at BLS in Edmonton AB Canada. If it would be possible I would give them negative 5 stars. They won’t take your application at all. They’ll refuse it for single word and then ask you to pay $100 to fill the form or they’ll ask you to book another appointment after 2-3 weeks. The appointments aren’t available ever. THIS IS SAME AS INDIA. IN INDIA THEY’LL ASK FOR MONEY UNDER THE TABLE. THEY ARE DOING SAME THING IN CANADA AS WELL. Even after paying extra $100 just to fill the form, it took them 6 hours to complete the application. I entered their office at 12:15pm and got out on 6:20pm. WORSTEST SERVICE AND WORSTEST CONSULATE WEBSITE. There were 50 people there on Aug 30, 2025 and most of them were pissed and had to pay extra $100. I have confirmed from 6 people myself that they paid extra $100. I have uploaded the proof of that too. On consulate website l, the fees is $376 for OCI application and I had paid $478.65. I have picture of payment receipt which I uploaded on google maps review. SHAME ON YOU INDIAN CONSULATE.

I absolutely agree with the comments…
I absolutely agree with the comments about scam, BLS knows it takes 6 weeks for a visa, minimum. Spanish consulate are equally guilty as they are failing to meet article 23 810/2009 EU. Problem is the consulate is failing to deliver and also guilty of not stating their failure to meet 15 days. BLS is far worse they are charging and scamming people, and trying to hide behind 45 days which is not the criteria, it is decision in 15 days and 45 if you need to provide more paperwork. BLS have a notice and have stated there own opinion of the arrival 23 on there window and have a sign in bright red blaming the consulate. BLS are knowing taking money in full knowledge you will not get a visa to your holiday if under six weeks, how do I know because I spoke face to face with the consulate who inform me this is the case and Madrid are not issuing visas and it's been months. BLS London is a scam and I am suspicious that reviews on their website are fake, considering the number of complaint on Facebook, here and other review sites.

Went 1.5 hours early and saw the queue.Still checked in but within 10 minutes we were with Alisha.What a lovely lady, we were so stressed with our non lucrative visa but she was so professional we wondered why we had been so worried.Big thumbs up and thanks to Alisha.

Poor Service, no accountability and much more
My main issue with BLS is that it clearly stated everywhere that the response time is 15 days..... if they know they can not honour that then say and we would have paid premium. Last year we applied for my husband and due to short time around we paid premium and got back within a week. This year we had 22 days so did normal service, my husband had his appointment on the 6th but did get a text to say processing at Misson until 12th .....how did it take 6 days???
We are due to go away next week and it still says processing at mission, having spoke to consulate they say that it's BLS issue and they are accepting too may applications. I don't really care who's fault it is but I feel both parties are running a money making scheme and they are ruining 100s of people's holidays/ family time/ 1sts..we are missing a family wedding because they were unable to do their job for 1 visa. We also do not have my husbands passport as its still at the consulate so we are currently at their mercy on when we get this back.
